Hello Woofers!
Daisy here!
The missus left early this morning to go to her 'Crop' with all her mates. Old Two Legs was up early as well, he planned to get some jobs done, things he had been planning for some time.
The first was to take me out for a walk!
Well, there I was, sniffing the sniffs when this horse sneaked up behind me, well, OTL said it was a dog but this thing was enormous!
I could have walked under him and not even bent my head!
Scary or wot! by the way, his name is Murphy. It was a good job that OTL was there to protect me!
Next job was to renew the tap in the garden, the one we use to fill up the pond. That caused us to go into town in the big car 'cos TM had nicked the small car.
A new tap was the screwed onto the plumbing but OTL will have to go back and fiddle with it 'cos instead of pointing down, the spout is pointing sideways!
One thing OTL is not and that's a plumber!
It was then that he said we should get out for a run in the big car and quick as a flash we were on our way down to Dungeness where Holly and I used to have fun chasing rabbits in the bushes!
No Bunnies here either!
It was just as crowded with old boats as I remember it from years ago!
They all got holes in them!
Mind you, I wouldn't fancy going out in the sea with a hole in the boat, it looks too cold and wet!
Not only wet but windy as well!
Everywhere you looked there were both old and new fishing boats but they all looked as though they had been dragged high up on the beach to keep away from the high tide!
This one looked like it could go out fishing but only in the summer time 'cos there was no sign of an engine, so it must be powered by oars!
I wonder who the boat was named after Old Granny Rebecca?
Tomorrow TM is off again so OTL and I have the whole day together, all we have to do is to think of a place to go!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy!
Yo Daisy. Well that was a big woofer you met this morning, I've got a couple of mates I can walk under but they're not quite as big as he is. Big woofers like that come in very handy though if there's a woofer around who's a big of a hooligan cos you can stand under them and they send the hooligan packing. Smashing pictures today, sounds like it was a nice trip out with OTL. Now I remember Holly chops saying at times about getting a boat or mending a boat and going for a sail around. Now then this tap wot's causing problems, I've had a word with my mum and she reckons a large hammer should sort the problem, hammer the tap until it faces the right way round. Mind, my mum's not noted for her plumbing or diy skills and usually everything is resolved by a big hammer. I was up at silly o clock this morning and again tomorrow but my boy is off so he can do the guarding while I go back and snooze when my mum goes out. Hope Mrs TM had a good day flinging the glue. Right I'm off to see if I can snag a bit of scoff so take care, stay warm and safe all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
