Flowers and Frog Spawn.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy here.

I'm sure there is someone up there dead set on confusing us every morning.

We look outside first thing in the morning and it's raining, off we go and by the time we get down on the sea front, the rain has stopped.

Next morning it's all sunshine but it's pouring bucket loads as we arrive at the car park!

Today it was wet leaving home, wet at the sea front but dry when we get home!

Needless to say, we left the camera in the car and walked around, drying off as we got to the car park.

No to be outdone, +OTL took some pictures of the flowers and frog spawn in the garden!

This isn't frog spawn it's the latest bucket of flowers!

Looking at these first thing in the morning is great seeing the colours. I reckon that we will plant more of these come summer so there will be even more next Spring!

I don't know from where the Daffs came from but they look good as a contrast.

Finally, there is the mass of frog spawn, looking at the area to the right side there are loads of wriggly things that look too small to be baby frogs. However, the mass in the centre seems to have baby frogs but again not very big.

I think we will have a lack of frogs this year 'cos we have female frogs but no male frogs!

No Daddy frogs, any donations?

We think the little wriggly things are in fact insects who are getting fat of frog spawn!

Time will tell!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy, very nice pictures today. Love all your flowers, how colourful. Paws crossed a daddy frog has been visiting and sorted the problem out for you all. If it does, then you're going to have lots of froggies hopping around. We haven't seen any frogs spawn but that doesn't mean to say there isn't any, it might just be hiding. One year we found some newts and they ate loads of the spawn. We've had sun and heavy rain all at different times today, mostly it rains when we put our noses out the door. The boy isn't put off from his walks though, he doesn't mind the rain. Take care, stay warm and safe all. Love, little Arch's mum and the boy. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
