Wet and Soggy!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

First of all, Holly has got over her Grumbly Tum, I know that 'cos last night she ate her dinner and then tried to eat mine!

That was until Old Two Legs stopped her!

Every time we decide to go out today, guess wot?

Yep, it was raining!

We even put on our big harness that helps stops the rain and wind.

Mind you, Holly always suffers from the wind, or rather Holly has the wind and the rest of us suffers!

We didn't take the camera with us, so, no pictures today!

After our walk we head off to the bedroom for a snooze while OTL cleans the ferret cage. It is then that both ferrets come out for a rampage around the house. Eric chases Wendy and when he gets tired, she starts to chase him!

OTL often finds them both rolling around on the floor in play fighting or 'Pretend Courtship'. Trouble is, once Eric has Wendy by the back of the neck and him with both paws wrapped around her, he stops cos he doesn’t know what's next!

It's then that she wriggles loose and runs away, slowly, so he can catch her again!

All this running around makes them both tired and after Wendy goes back to bed, Eric and OTL have a game of chase with the rubber squeaky ball.

OTL throws the ball along the hall way and Eric chases after it, grabs it and runs back so that OTL can take it away and throw it down the hall way again.

That goes on until Eric hides the ball in the drawer in the office and then heads off to the cage for a snooze!

It's all go in this household!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Holly and a Grumbly Tum!

Hello Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret again!

You know, Holly Chops never learns. I mean, having a sniff is one thing but nibbling on an empty fish and chip box is just asking for trouble.

That's just wot she did and today she is paying for it!

Mind you, last night it didn't stop her from pinching a couple of Old Two Legs King Plawns!

Very tasty they were too!

The sunshine was out today and you know I found a super sniff when we went out at lunchtime and of course, I just had to have a roll!

Yeah, I know, OTL's going to call me a 'Stinky Mutt' but I don't care!
There were loads of woofers down on the sea front, so, being a coward, I jumped down onto the sea wall to avoid them all. Clever or wot?

I'm a sneaky woofer and you can't catch me!
Not only woofers but there were Two Legs all over the place, you'd think they could be back to work by now!

Well, let's face it, OTL is back to work today!

Too many woofers and too many Two Legs!
OTL spotted some Hover Flies buzzing around and one even landed on a leaf close to him and there was just enough time to click off a shot before it flew off again!

A Hover Fly having a rest!
There is rain promised for the weekend, let's hope it stays away from the Sout East!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

We are having a celebration tonight!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret!

It's a bit cloudy today, plus the wind off the sea has kick started the heating to switch on this morning!

It's the weather or maybe The Missus getting up early, (again) and switching it on manually and then telling Old Two Legs that she hasn't touched the thermostat, honest!

It didn't last too long and by the time we went out again at eleven it had warmed up a bit.

Down on the sea front there were loads of sniffs left over from the weekend and a couple of strange ones that Holly says are leftover from the chip shop!

From the chippy I reckon!
That drilling rig Prospector 1 is still over there in the Sheerness dock, I wonder what they are doing to in, mabye bolting on an extension to the legs!

Can I have another ten metres on each leg please?
The butterfly collection is low this year, nothing exciting at all. Maybe it's because they keep cutting the grass and wild flowers with the big grass mower and everything gets cut down or chopped up!

A big daisy but no insects!
Even these were void of crawly things, maybe soon we will be able to go to the country parks or bird watching places and see all the stuff there.

Not a buzz or a sniff or a lick of pollen to be seen!
Now, I see that yesterday Sarn was uncomplimentary about our hair cut accusing OTL of missing a bit!

Well, let me tell you that there were indeed bits missed. They are the bits that we sit on!

Holly and I have this game where we get blown dry with the jet powered hair dryer and we collapse onto the table and don't move. Once we are dry enough to be shaved, he would try to get us to stand up and stand still while he starts at our shoulders and working his way down to our tail.

It's when he gets to our tail that the fun starts. 'Oh Dear, I'm feeling faint' and thump as our butt hits the table!

There he is with one hand holding our tummy up while he tries to shave our bits!

Sometimes it works and sometimes it's a close shave but after a while we agree that we have finished!

Even though he may have missed a bit!

Our local Chinese has reopened after a few months of shut down, so, as we can't go on holiday, we have decided to get a bottle of Bollinger out the chiller and a Chinese take away and pretend we are on holiday, just for today.

Plawn Clackers, King Plawns and all the other bits it will be great!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
