Where have all the Two Legs gone?

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

I hope your Sunday has gone well, here in North Kent it has been very quiet. I went out with The Missus first thing this morning but it was windy and just a little chilly. There was no one around at all, except for three foxes in the distance who legged it as soon as the saw me!

Wimps!

Lunchtime was even worse, there was one woofer in the distance but they disappeared and suddenly I felt all alone!

A Woofer could get lonely on his own!

Even when we got over the hill there was nothing but grass and trees! I wouldn't say I was developing a complex but not seeing anyone did seem very strange!

OK, now I'm getting worried in case I've wee'd on someone’s patch!

Still, we have the F1 Racing this evening, I think it starts around seven, so we will have the pleasure of watching TM falling asleep and snoring her tail off around half way through the race!

Tomorrow morning Eric is off to the vet for a check-up and to me his leg doesn't look any better so I can see OTL having some serious discussions with the vet!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

I get big and brave!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

You know I still miss Holly Chops being around. OK, I get all the attention I want from the Two Legs here but I still miss a Four Legs even if she used to pinch my treats!

When I go out for a walk, I have been a little wary of other woofers 'cos I'm rather small and everyone else looks much bigger than me!

I would take diversionary tactics and run all the way around the area so I miss coming into contact with them.

In the morning I have been meeting up with a Wire-Haired Terrier called Bella and we have got onto sniffing terms.

My Mum was a Wire-Haired Terrier!

Well, lunchtime Old Two Legs takes me down the sea front and today we met up with a couple of Sheepdogs, who, were more interested chasing a ball on a rope but they did say hello to me!

OK, the ball is calling and don't forget, It's Mine!

After leaving her to chase balls I met up with another woofer who I had met before but was a little wary, but today I decided I would be brave and have a sniff!

Dunno what you've been eating but it doesn’t do your sniff any good!

Being a Saturday, the fishermen were out teaching the worms to swim and there were a few strangers walking woofers. There was one Husky type who was on a lead and couldn't get off the beach but stood up with its front paws on top of the sea wall!

I didn't get close but on the other paw, I didn't run away!

Fred had finished raking up all the brambles and I suppose he will be gathering up the piles of bracken over the next week, providing it doesn't rain.

We got F1 Racing on tonight from Mexico, that should be fun!

Last night OTL stayed up to watch the F1 Practice and afterwards he watched a concert by Simon and Garplunckle.

OTL had his headphones on so he didn't disturb TM who had gone to bed. Trouble was, OTL knew all the words to all the songs and was singing along with them.

That woke TM up 'cos she could hear him trying to sing and wasn't making a very good job!

OTL used to sing folk music and play the guitar but since his operation on his throat his ability to sing in tune has been shot to pieces!

Holly used to say he sounded like a Warthog in Labour!

TM had to get up, go down stairs and tell him off!

Why she couldn't just shut the bedroom door I don't know!

Sunday tomorrow, we get an extra half an hour in bed!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
