I can see for miles!

 Hello Woofers!

Well, it's been a snoozy day today. It started off with us snoozing late in bed this morning which means we missed the sunrise, that's if it ever happened!

By the time we got out we could hardly see our paws in front of our noses!

 We got stuck at the level crossing for a good half an hour waiting for the train to pass.

 By the time we got to the football field it was just too foggy to see anything!

Not a woofer to be seen!

 As we walked down onto the sea front, we had to make sure we stayed away from the sea wall 'cos we didn't want to fall off the wall!

All we could hear was the deep mournful moan of the Sheerness Fog Horn and not even a ship was answering the call.

Eery or wot?

The Missus released her web cast on 'making a mess with inks' which seems to have gone down a treat. It never ceases to amaze me just how many Two Legs out there like making an inky mess!

OTL has spent most of the day messing about with the new computer, it's slowly getting hammered into shape but there are bits missing which he will have to put up with them not being there.

He has even thought about installing Windows 11, just a thought though!

See you tomorrow and with luck the fog will have blown away.

A day of nothing much!

 Yo! Woofers!

It's Daisy and Eric de Ferret here again!

Well, to help Old Two Legs get over his frustration trying to make the computer talk to other bits of electronics, we persuaded him to have a healthy slurp of finest Malt Whisky, in fact it is called Bunnahabhain.

Just to help you, it's pronounced as Bun-Har-Bain and according to OTL it's like an angel weeing on your tongue!

Not that I've had an angel weeing on my tongue lately!

Now, a healthy slurp would normally have the average Two Legs wobbling a bit but OTL has made a study of the malt whisky of West Scotland and knows how to enjoy healthy slurps!

One of the down sides of malt is that it helps OTL to sleep, in fact he snores like a warthog on heat!

The Missus tries to help him sleep by bashing him with the hot water bottle but that normally has little effect!

Another down side is that he over sleeps and instead of getting up at six, it was a quarter to eight before he rolled out of bed this morning!

Of course, by then the sun had got up and was racing towards midday!

It hadn't changed much when we went out for our midday walk, except the local woofers had all gone home!

Not a woofer to be seen!

I didn't mind there not being any woofers cos some of the woofers are a little rough and rush up to me woofing their tails off! It has been known for OTL to grab these woofers as they rush past and, holding onto their collar, admonish them for their loud woofing and hooligan ways!
 

  No woofers here either!

 We took Eric to the vets on Tuesday for another squirt of that freezing Cryopen stuff and I think it has made his leg a little sore. He's not limping but we have caught him licking it. It will take a few days to settle down but the good news is we don't have to take him back again until next month!

Let's hope it heals over by the time we have to go back!

Saturday tomorrow and we might even get to stay in bed a little longer!

That *£%^*( Compu)(£"$&*(%$)!!!!!!!!!!!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy and Eric de Ferret here!

You know, I'm really glad I don't have to mess about with computers other than to use it as a story telling machine! Old Two Legs has been sitting up in the office trying to make the computer talk to and make it work with external things, like a scanner or a printer or even a card reader!

Before the new computer arrived, the old one would at least talk to it but the new one has taken a dislike to anything that is not inside the computer case!

OTL is not a Happy Puppy!

This morning it was wet and cold out on the sea front but not so windy. In fact, it was quite a pleasant walk, I met up with a couple of hooligan Doodle Poodles who were just too loud and too fast!

The sunrise was gentle, I mean, not so dramatic like it was the other day. Because of that, OTL had to include the Two Trees, Bench and Poo Bin, just to include some interest!

 Look! No Watcher today!

It was just the same, looking out to sea there was no sign that a storm arriving over the horizon!

The sea was just like a mill pond.

 As we were walking along there was a roaring sound up in the sky and OTL says it looked like a rocket streaking across the sky but after a while it turned out to be one of those jet planes heading off to the other side of the world!

 

 Is it a Bird, is it a Rocket, No, it's an Aeroflot Plane!

 Now, either the sun was late in getting up or we were walking quicker than normal but we didn't see the sun before we headed into the woods, just as we went over the hill the sun still hadn't crept over the horizon!

 

 

 No sun this morning!

 Lunchtime was a little boring, just OTL and I walking along the sea wall, not another woofer in sight!

I do Hate Boring Walks!

Friday tomorrow, beginning of the weekend, should be fun!
