Keep on with the pills!

 Hello Woofers.

Daisy back again.

OTL is feeling better, not back to normal but eating again and snoozing. He's not allowed out 'cos he is still a bit wobble on his paws and driving the car would be a bit dangerous to himself and others on the road!

The Missus took me out first thing and we must have missed The Lads but did meet up with Pod the Bedlington Terrier, a quick sniff, pass on sniff info and hello to Joe, Pods Two Legs!

I thought I could sniff Devo when we got out of the car but decided it was a one or two day old sniff and anyway, it was going the wrong way!

I can foresee some fun and games coming up 'cos OTL has ordered up an electric shower for the bathroom. The one we have has a 250mm overhang which means you have to be cuddling the soap dish to get the water to land on his head, that is OK but then he can't wave his paws about to wash his bits!

When it arrives and is installed, he will have at least some 'elbow room'!

Now, nature has ways around obstacles as far as birds are concerned. We have a couple of bird feeders in the garden that are just right for finches and sparrows, then along came the starlings who managed to hang on to perches to scoop out the seeds. Next came the Collared Dove who copied the starling and demonstrated that size mattered when you wanted to shove a smaller bird off the feeder. The Pidgeon was the next to learn how to hang from the feeder scattering the seed onto the ground for any of the birds not yet able to hang from the feeder.

The latest to hang from the feeder is a Jackdaw, a bit clumsy but what he didn't eat, he tossed onto the ground!

What next? A Buzzard? I bet if he landed, he would take the whole feeder off the Feeder Pole and fly off with it, pole as well!

I'm off to give OTL a cuddle, in fact I have spent most of the day giving him cuddles!

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy.

Windy!

 Hello Woofers.

Daisy back with you again.

OTL is still feeling grotty and sorry for himself. It's a Man Cold which is more serious than the normal cold and tends to knock you out for a good week or so, according to OTL!

To be honest I think he is trying to pull a fast one, especially when it is raining and it's time for my walk!

TM took me out first thing and we met up with The Lads, still no sign of Devo.

It was the lunchtime walk that we got soaked the rain came down and the wind got up.

Listening to the weatherman he was talking about 60mph wind speed passing over us and to be honest, doing a wee in the face of a 60mph wind tends to be a bit messy!

Looking out the back I see that another fence panel has fallen out but that won't get put back until tomorrow, providing the wind has dropped!

I'm off to see if OTL is any better and may even give him a lick in his ear, I know he likes that when he is asleep!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy.

Poor OTL!

 Hello Woofers,

Daisy here again.

The Missus has been spreading her germs all over the place and of course OTL got attacked by the cloud of germs!

It took three days for the first signs to appear, the old sore throat, fuzzy eyes, head ache, coughing and sneezing!

Now TM had the same germs but it took two days for her to beat down the germs.

From the first signs so far, it has taken OTL three days to attack the germs. Now, that means OTL's germs are more of a venomous strain or he is a big wimp!

Answers on a poast card!

Let’s see what tomorrow brings, at least we should get OTL out for a walk. Walking with TM is ok but it's just not the same!

All there is left for me is to wish you all a Happy New Year.

Bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy
