Next Stop Summer!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma!

We have been rushing around today getting everything ready for Christmas!

The Missus has taken delivery of stuff from the Tesco Man and Holly has been doing her 'Sniff and List'!

It all started early this morning, we got down to the beach before the sun got up.

Where is the Sun?
The sky was light but we had to wait for the sun, so, OTL switched the camera to 'Flash' and chased around looking for May and April!

Who did that?
He nearly tripped over Miss May but he managed to get the picture!

Miss May was a bit difficult 'cos she was running around the beach sniffing the sniffs!

Is that you Sis?
Then we saw it, the sun getting up a bit earlier than it did yesterday. Now when you thing about it, once we got this Solstice thing out of the way we can look forward to sunshine and bright skies with a chance of getting in the water for a swim!

There is the sun!
Old Two Legs was out getting a couple of new tyres on the big car. That cost a fortune and his wallet is almost fading away!

He got back in time for our midday walk with Fred and Wilma. As we headed down The Sea Wall we saw young Dave out for his walk. He said hello to OTL then had a super game of 'Chase' on the grass. We let Dave win 'cos he doesn't have any other four legs in his house so he gets all excited when he meets us!

Your Too Fast For Us Dave!
Fred and Wilma we a little concerned when Dave was chasing about, they both stood still and watched Dave going potty!

He has just got to get dizzy at those speeds!
Both ferrets insisted on getting a carry to the top of the hill and then they walked all the way back to the car.

Fred tried to get an early carry by pretending he had cramp in his back leg. Well, that was his excuse but Wilma told him to 'Stop Playing Silly Ferrets'!

Honest! It will work if you don't keep tickling me!
Back home we got lambs heart for dinner and both Holly and I got a carrot afterwards as a treat!

We have been looking at the news and see that Izzy and Hamish's town is back in the news with flooding. TM told us that there is no report of flooding in his house, except from under the bath!

Claws cross for the plumber man to get it all fixed soon!

We are off now to try our paw at some mugging but I don't think we will have any success 'cos Holly hasn't lost enough weight!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

Fred does it again!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma back again!

It has all been going on today, Old Two Legs has taken the old bookcase apart, with the help of a small hand axe!

It was then taken to the dump and together with the glass shelves and mirror back it was consigned to the crusher!

There is no way he is going to be able to keep his books in the lounge any more!

We were out a little late this morning and Old Two Legs was in such a rush that he forgot to check the camera until we got to the car park.

He had forgotten the card onto which the photos are recorded, so no pictures of us this morning!

OTL and The Missus have been in and out all day and OTL is getting dizzy 'cos he has been going around in circles!

The lunchtime walk was a bit late as well and it took a while to wake Fred & Wilma when we got to the car park.

The first thing they knew was when OTL plonked them down onto the grass.

Freddy took one look and commented that that 'This grass goes on forever!'

There is so much of it!
Fred is a little 'Plump' and he is not really into running, in fact, walking is a bit of a strain! He spends most of his time thinking up new reasons why he should get a lift instead of using his own legs to walk!

We have had 'Legs Stopped Working' and 'I've bruised my claw' then there was the 'Quick there is a Vulture circling'!

Today he tried another.....................................

The Harness is too tight, I can't draw breath!
OTL didn't believe him and instead of picking Fred up, he gave him a tickle on his tummy!

In the end Freddy got up and trotted down the hill towards the car park!

You have got to hand it to him, he keeps trying!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

Monday, 21 December 2015

It was on a Monday Morning when the Gas Man came to call.

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma back again!

Now, if you lot out there can remember the song, then you are as old as Old Two Legs!

He told us about the song when today started to go all wobbly for him!

You see, he got this Doo Dah TV yesterday and tried to set it up on the G-Plan TV Unit he has mounted all the other TVs on over the years. This time it didn't fit, in fact the TV was just a little too big and it's feet hung over the edges.

So starts the story.......................!

The Missus starts off with suggestions that involve converting the cabinet which houses the Music Centre that hasn't been used in years. OTL hauls it across the room, dismantles the music centre and the TV fits! Trouble is, it looks horrible!

TM not happy!

Next idea is, take the top off the bookcase (G-Plan circa 1972) place TV unit next to it and place one foot on the TV Unit and the other on the base of the book case!

Haul the Music Centre unit back across the room, discuss replacing Music Centre for something up to date and terribly expensive.

OTL not happy!

Book case reduced to three parts now, OTL looses the drinks cabinet section of the bookcase and stowage of the DVDs

OTL not happy!

Base of Bookcase moved to 'Dust' underneath and remove a couple of doggy biscuits the ferrets have 'Stored' for the hungry times.

Ferrets not happy!

Holly and I inspect the pile. There was Chicken Fillets from Pet's R Us, Bonio Biscuits, High Protein Brambles Biscuits and Scientific Nodular Biscuits as recommended by the vet!

Stinky Little Thieves!
Holly and Daisy not happy!

OTL gets the base realigned and the TV Unit re-positioned to accept the new TV and the additional bits like DVD player, Sky Box and VHS Tape Player (yes, TM still watches some of the old stuff!)

TM grudgingly says she is happy.

OTL re wires the additional bits and says his back is now not hurting so much.

OTL is happy!

The stash of stuff under the bookcase is thrown in the dustbin.

Ferrets still not happy.

OTL bungs up the gap between the wall and the base of the bookcase to stop the ferrets from getting in  with any more stolen biscuits!

Ferrets now are showing off Big Time!

It takes hours to put the DVDs and the Cd's and the LP Records back in the cupboards.

OTL still has to re assemble the Music Centre 'cos he has decided that he will not be buying that big expensive system that TM wants!

TM is now showing off big time!

To add insult to injury, TM's laptop has stopped talking to the Internet and does not see any Network in the house. TM wants to shove an order into Tesco's for Christmas but with no computer that does not make TM happy!

TM is now doing the 'Deep Grumble'

OTL has taken the laptop, power supply and the mouse then heads off to his office to perform repairs.

TM is still grumbling but at least she makes OTL a cup of tea!

After an hour or two, laptop gets well and talks to the Internet!

TM now happy!

So, just like the song, It was on a Monday Morning when the TV came to call!

We managed to get a couple of runs down on the beach, Miss May did a wee in the surf and said 'Here's a bit more'!

Get out and swim!
Holly and I enjoyed the sniffs on The Sea Wall, especially after the rain had passed!

Nothing like a well washed sniff Sis!
The beach was just the same, new sniffs come in on the tide and Holly said she caught the sniff of ferret.

I didn't tell her about May and her wee!

I'm sure this is ferret!
May and April had fun in the Sea Kale, I really don't know why it is such an attraction to them, it really doesn't turn me on at all!

Can we take this home?
We are glad to hear that Nipper is settling down and started on his diet, he is down to only four Michelin Tyres a day! We know he gave up on car bumpers 'cos they got stuck between his teeth!

Archie Babe better keep his metal drinking bowl away or Nipper will eat that as well as the Kevlar Jackets!

By the way Izzy, the TV screen is great, when we see the adverts that use a woofer, Holly and I go potty 'cos we think it is right here in the room with us, it is so realistic!

We still can't get any mugging done at dinner time, both TM and OTL are refusing to give us any nibbles at all. It won't be long before we are no more than shadows!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

Dogs Doo Dahs TV or Wot!

Hi Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma here!

You know what?

We've had some rain today! Most unusual, especially as we were expecting sun shine and heat waves!

This morning we were late in getting up and of course missed the sunrise. Instead we got bright skies and no woofer mates to meet!

May and April were down on the beach all sort of half asleep and looking for a lift instead of a jog along the Sea Wall!

We call it 'Doing a Freddy'!

Well, if Freddy Boy can get a lift, why not me?
Miss April was just as bad, no intention of walking and she even climbed up Old Two Legs trousers to try to get into the bag!

If it's good enough for Freddy!
To be honest, Holly and I were a bit bored with them and instead decided to dig a big hole in the sand and maybe bury a ferret or two!

Come on, it wouldn't need to be a big hole!
In the end OTL picked them up and Holly and I didn't dig the hole!

It was just as bad at lunchtime, Fred and Wilma got down onto the beach and it started to rain! Freddy Boy did some walking, well, it was more like chasing OTL to get back into the new bag and stay dry!

Because of the rain, neither of the ferrets stayed out in the rain and really, they only got a bit of a run from the top of the hill down to the car park.

The fact that it was all down hill helped Fred to keep going!

Another thing that helped was the sight of a rain cloud chasing along the shore and heading our way!

Also known as a Squall!

Back home we all got a rub down and the ferrets headed off for bed. Holly and I were straight onto our cushions while OTL and The Missus were off to get a Christmas Prezzy for themselves, a new TV!

Now, it's not as though our TV was old but the valves inside were not as bright as they were when we first got it!

So, most of the evening and late afternoon has been spent reading the instructions and not understanding a word!

There was a computer upgrade last night and for some reason the Internet has not been working, so that is another job OTL has been working on as well!

Good fun!

So, not a lot going on but whatever has been going on has taken up too much time!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

PS. We had a policeman call on us asking if we knew of and ferrets called Nipper!

As if we had any idea what he was on about!

No, nothing to with us Guvnor we are only woofers!

TM gone into 'Secret' mode!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma!

We all slept well last night, catching up on our sleep after the late night!

Mind you, it was still dark when we went down to the beach with Miss May and Miss April.

It's just too early!
Back home we were presented with a large bowl of Roast Chicken while Old Two Legs cleaned out the ferrets poo pots and any other place where they might have done a whoopsy!

Fred and Wilma were looking forward to their run down on The Beach and as soon as OTL had finished cleaning, Wilma was rattling on the door to tell OTL it was time to go!

Poor lad, he is bossed about by all of the females in this house!

Freddy Boy was having a go at getting a lift all the way around the walk. He got a lift down to the beach but started his tricks as soon as his paws touched the sand!

Honestly, this beach can get a bit ropey sometimes!
Wilma was getting tired of his tricks and when he said that the Sea Wall was too hard on his paws, she ran back and told him to 'Shift his Butt'!

Move it Freddy or I'll bite your tail!
Well, that worked for a while,  just as far as the grass path. Fred could be seen, flat on his back, paws in the air, trying to convince us his legs had seized up!

Honest! They've gone all stiff and immovable!
Poor Fred, he was getting quite upset when we told him that he was 'On His Own' 'cos there was a big Woofer with enormous teeth and a bad attitude heading along the Sea Wall towards him!

Hey! Wait for me!
He was up on his paws and waddling towards us as fast as he could go! He had to walk all the way back to the car without another carry!

We kept on telling him there was woofers coming along the path behind him!

Fred was not a happy ferret!

Oooo! Looook! Another Mad Woofer with Big Teeth!
When we got back to the bench someone had tied a balloon to the bench and it was blowing in the wind.

Holly got a bit upset with it and gave it a 'Serious Woof' to tell it to go away, which it didn't.

I pointed out that it was waving at us and it had a message on it that read 'Merry Christmas' but Holly wasn't too impressed. She said that it was one of those things that went Bang if you got too near to it and it was best left alone!

I don't care what it says, tell it to go away!
When we got back home Fred & Wilma were soon fast asleep and dreaming of nibbles and Ferretone!

OTL finally got to watch the last episode of 'The Last Kingdom' and was pleased to see that there is another series planned for the New Year!

Did you know that it is The Winter Solstice next Tuesday? It's the shortest day of the year and signals that Spring and Summer are on the way!

Maybe that is why The Missus is doing her 'Secret Project'!

You know, she has been up early and bashing away in the work room, loads of mumbling and cursing. That normally means she has gone wrong!

She won't let us have a look at what she is doing and keeps telling us 'It's Secret'!

When OTL asks what she is doing, she tells him to 'Ugger Orf!' or something like that!

We don't think it has anything to do with Woofers or Ferrets or OTL, so, what's left?

Glue Slapping?

We'll find out later and let you know.

Mind you, it is so secret that if we do tell you what it is, we will have to  feed you to Nipper!

Bye bye for now!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

The Morning After!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May,Miss April, Fred & Wilma back again.

Phew! What a day again! We were up late this morning 'Cos we went to bed late last night, OTL's fault!

He wasn't really with it today. This morning he took us out but forgot to take his camera! Just goes to show you that he is getting too old for late nights!

The cage cleaning was a bit slower today so the ferrets got longer to play and May and April had a super game of 'Chase' in and out of a wiggly plastic tube that OTL had draped with blankets and cushion!

It is so funny to see May waggling her tail prior to dashing down the tube to catch April!

April is super fast up and down the tubes and May has to 'Ambush' her as she come out of one and before she goes into another tube!

Lunchtime Fred and Wilma were out with us and Fred was up to his tricks again. He doesn't mind going out for a walk but it is the walking bit he has yet to realise is the 'Enjoyment' bit!

Like when we got to the first bit of open grass. OTL put him and Wilma down. Wilma was off like a shot sniffing the sniffs and generally having a fine old time.

Fred on the other paw was doing the 'Gissa Lift' bit with OTL.

I've had a little walk, can I now have a little carry?
That was how it went on for most of the walk.

When we were down on the beach he even tried to get Holly to carry him on her back. Not that it was ever going to happen but you can see he is trying!

You must be Joking!
Now Freddy Boy is a trier and he is always looking for new reasons why he should get a carry.

Today's effort was a classic!

There we were, just strolling along, having a sniff, Freddy was there with us joining in with the sniffs when we heard him cry out, 'Ouch! Oh No!'

Of course we all turned around to see what had happened and there was Fred, flat on his back going 'Ow, Ow, OW!'

What is the matter Fred? we all said together and he replied, in between sobs, 'I'm deeply hurt'!

Oh it Hurts, it really hurts!
We all got closer and again asked where did it hurt!

Very slowly he raised his paw to the sky and in a trembling voice announced that............

Look! I've bruised my claw!........I really need a carry!
You know, he seemed really put out when we all laughed!

Mind you he did get a carry a bit later when we came across a couple of small Greyhound type of dog that OTL said could be Whippets. Both had muzzles on and when they got close to OTL one tried to lunge forward to get at Fred & Wilma. OTL had already picked up the ferrets and was cuddling them in his arms, so there was no danger and the dogs couldn't bite anything anyway!

I must admit, I didn't get too close either!

So, that is today's fun and as I am typing this, Fred is flat out on his back at the bottom of the cage fast asleep.

His favourite position!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May,Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

All behind like a Horses Bum!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May,Miss April, Fred & Wilma here.

First of all, it's not my fault, it is Old Two Legs not being very organised!

Let me explain!

Yesterday, we were out a bit later than normal 'cos OTL overslept by five minutes! He was rushing around getting all his jobs done in double quick time Rush Rush Rush! Which again is unusual!

Down on The Beach with May and April it was just the same,

What's the Hurry?
May and April couldn't work out what the hurry was and they even had to cut short their rub in the Sea Kale!

All the rushing wasn't good for Holly Dog. She had the embarrassment of missing a sniff which May picked up on!
This is Poppy Dog!
Poor Holly, she said she would never live it down.

A ferret beating her at sniffing!

This is too much! I missed that one!
Back home to the cage cleaning, that was done in double time as well! Poor ferrets didn't get their normal hour of rampaging around the house.

Then, before we knew it we were out again! Not that we minded but Holly said there was something sinister going on and we had better keep a close eye on OTL!

Fred and Wilma couldn't understand the rush either and kept asking why they should keep 'Getting a Move On'!
Rush Rush Rush!
Poor Wilma didn't get long to play at Grass Sharks and Fred made the best of it and managed to get a carry almost all the way back!

Crafty or Wot!
Wilma Grass Shark!
When we got back from our walk, the new Ferret Bag for Fred & Wilma had turned up, just in time for Christmas!

It looks dead smart and it is a bit bigger than the one for Brambles and Snowflake but the same size as May and Aprils!
The New Bag!
Before we knew it, OTL and The Missus were heading out of the door and saying Bye Bye to us 'cos OTL was off to the hospital to get his eye ball checked out after the operation.

OK, we didn't mind that but we were getting a bit worried when they hadn't arrived back by five thirty!

It was then that Auntie Sheila opened the front door and let Holly and I out in the garden for a wee!

She sat with us for a while and explained that after the hospital visit TM & OTL were off to the Pantomime and taking Tilly and Sassy (Grandchildren) along as well. We were a bit put out that they didn't allow woofers in the theatre but Sheila started telling us a story of Woofers in Wunderland and she finished off the story when she came back at nine for our second wee of the night!

We stayed up until eleven when TM & OTL arrived back.

So, that is our excuse and it's all TM & OTL's fault!

Especially as he didn't leave the computer switched on so I could have done this blog while we were waiting for them to come home!

Never mind, we will catch up with today's fun in a moment!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May,Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

OTL gets all 'Inventive'!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma here!

Wot wonderful weather we are having here in North Kent! Old Two Legs reckons that we are getting winds coming up from the Azores and they are bringing warm winds! Holly said that she thought The Azores were something that made your butt itch!

OTL told us where the Azores were and how they had nothing to do with your butt!

We were up at our normal time and down the beach to enjoy all the sniffs that have come in on the tide.

OTL was looking at the sky and saying that it was all 'Wishy Washy' and even a Yellow Filter wouldn't do anything to improve the sky.

'Wishy Washy' yeah, like do we care when we got sniffs?
Then, he comes up with an idea to make it all 'Dramatic'!

He took off his 'Activity' sun glasses that wrap around to prevent wind blowing in his eyes. He used these glasses when he was climbing mountains. He looks a bit of a Tart but they are working by keeping drafts away from his eye!

Anyway, back to his 'Inventive' idea.

He focused up on the clouds and then before he pressed the shutter release, he put the glasses in front of the lens and....................POW!

Inventive or Wot!
Looks OK to us, and he has even got some 'Soft Focus' as well!

Next, being well chuffed with his results he started to play with the EV, that is Exposure Value that you can darken the photo if it is too bright!

So, here it is with a -1.7EV

Another 'Inventive' shot!
While OTL was messing about with his camera Holly and I had fun with the sniffs, May and April spent all the time trying to get back into their bag!

It was back home to a Chicken & Biscuits followed by a snooze under OTL's desk!

We normally go out at lunchtime for another walk but Fred and Wilma sometimes misses out 'cos they are fast asleep. OTL, being crafty, has moved our walking time to eleven thirty, just before Fred and Wilma would have gone to bed!

That means they are wide awake and ready for a run and they get a daily exercise!

Freddy Boy is not the first in the queue when 'Exercise' is mentioned and he does his very best to get cuddles rather than jogging!

When he got put down onto the beach today he did raise a point of order and asked if walking on the sand 'Obligatory'!

Is this really obligatory!
Mind you, he may not like the sand but he did have a good roll in the Sea Kale and he even let Wilma to have the first go!

I love this wash!
OTL made sure that Fred walked most of the way back to the car although there were a couple of 'Cuddles' just to keep him going!

Wilma was having a great time trotting along and she even went back to lick Fred's ear to get him moving again!

Come on Fred, shift yer tail!
OTL has been busy this afternoon doing some manufacturing and plonking away on the computer, well, it keeps him out of trouble!

That has been our day today, we hope you have been having fun as well and Archie Babe has managed to get out of the vets with nothing more than a cuddle.

We hope he doesn't have any trouble with The Azores!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

Freddy Boy gets a wet tum and there's more on the Poo Pot Progress.

Hello Woofers!

We are back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

Up late again today, I blame The Missus, you see she gets up in the middle of the night, bounces around on the bed as she gets up, wakes us all then proceeds to turn on every light in the house then zooms around on that jet powered carpet sweeper!

It's just not on!

We managed to get back to sleep but always oversleep!

Still, we were out first thing with May and April and while May enjoys a run in the wet grass, Miss April is all for hiding in her nice new fleece lined carry bag!

On the front of the bag is a super embroidered picture and their names!

Famous or Wot!
We met The Lads and guess who wanted to come down onto the sand to play with May and April?

.....but I want to play 'Chase a Ferret'!
TM needed the car to go out at midday so we went out early for our lunchtime walk, which was a good idea as it turned out.

If we leave walking too late, Fred and Wilma go into a deep ferret type sleep and don't wake up when OTL gives them a tickle behind their ears!

Today we went out at eleven and Fred & Wilma were still wide awake and looking for fun!

The only thing they didn't reckon on was the fact that it was all wet and damp on the grass!

This is making my tummy soggy!
Wilma is OK 'cos she can lift up her tummy and run but poor Freddy Boy has to drag his tummy over the wet grass, not good!

He can't wait until the new bag arrives 'cos it has Fred & Wilma's name is embroidered on the front as well as a picture of a ferret!

We have been promised that it will arrive before Christmas so they will have their own bag to snooze in!

Dead Posh!
Mind you, that didn't help Freddy today, he kept on complaining and OTL had to pick him up a couple of times just to dry his tummy and give him a cuddle!

I need another cuddle!
Back home May and April were deep in a 'Ferret Snooze' and after a little nibble, Fred and Wilma joined them in snoozing as only a ferret can.

Ferrets sleep for about eighteen hours a day and OTL reckons if he comes back, he is coming back as a ferret!

Holly and I are quite happy being woofers and we reckon we get as much snoozes as we need.

Holly says that she could do with a bit more on the food front but on the whole life as a woofer was acceptable!

Now, don't get too excited but Fred and Wilma seem to have almost got the idea of poo pots. The last couple of days has produced neat trays with all the poo at the back of the tray and even the wees have been soaked up by the cat litter!

Mind you, Holly and I reckon it it wouldn't easy for us to do it!

May and April on the other paw have got a thing about Poo Pot Kicking, they do it just to get attention from OTL!

Sneaky or wot!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.

A Tooth Fairy for OTL?

Hi Woofers!

Us again! Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma!

We saw the sun today, well, we saw the sun behind the clouds but it was the sun!

It's the Sun!
It won't be long before the Winter Solstice and after that Summer will be on it's way!

We are looking forward to Summer 'cos it is then that we can go in swimming. Well, I can and we will have to wait until Fred and Wilma get their paws wet to see if they like it!

The Missus was up early today, making Christmas Cards, and does she make a lot of noise? It woke us all up and even Holly climbed up on the bed for a cuddle 'cos she thought it was whizz bangs!

After going back to sleep we ended up getting up late! Still, we were up too early on Sunday, so today makes up for the early start yesterday!

Down on the beach the tide was in but it looked too cold even for a paddle!

No Thanks, I'll wait for the warm weather!
Now I know it wasn't blowing a gale but the surf looked a little menacing the way it was pounding up the beach and washing the Sea Wall!

No, we'll stay dry today thank you!
Miss May and Miss April headed for the Sea Kale. It was a close thing but April very nearly got in first but was shoved out of the way by an excited Miss May!

Give me some room Sis!
Miss May way a little wary when she got to the top of the grass path, she said she could feel 'Pounding' through the earth. I said that it was just Holly waddling along and making a noise with her weight!

But no, May insisted there was something else.

I can feel the vibration through my paws!
All of a sudden there was a crashing and a big 'Hellooooo Girlie's!' Barney was here!

Helloooooooooo!
We haven't seen Barney for ages but because we were late in getting up, we were in time for Barney who is always a bit later than us!

We had a chat and he gave Holly a kiss!

The Tart!

Kissy Kissy!
Now, OTL had a sort of accident a couple of weeks ago when he tried to bite into a crusty roll. He managed to 'Bend' his front tooth, which was glued on top of a tooth that was only half there. It hurt and the dentist did some repairs, gave OTL some antibiotics and told him to come back later.

Well, today was the day to go back and see the dentist.

OTL doesn't like dentists, they normally cause him pain in the mouth and pain in his wallet, all at the same time!

In the end the tooth was stuck back again and the dentist warned him that his days of apples, crusty rolls and baguettes were over!

You know what? Even his shortbread will have to be broken up before it goes in his mouth. I of course, together with Holly, have volunteered to do the 'Breaking Up' bit!

When he came back we went out down the beach again but this time we left Fred and Wilma at home 'cos they had gone to sleep and just didn't want to wake up, until this evening that is!

On our way around the walk we met up with Dave the Westie, he looked so pleased to see us and of course, he was all over OTL!

Hi Girls!
We are wondering what OTL has got for dinner tonight and Holly is expecting to help OTL get rid of the 'Tough Bits' where The Missus has been Caramelising again!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Fred & Wilma.
