Friday and it's F1!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

Friday is here so that means F1 Practice! It's a new track and looking at the practice this afternoon there are loads of corners and big walls all the way around the track, so we are expecting to see the safety car out during the race sometime!

First thing this morning Old Two Legs was bouncing off the furniture on his way to the bathroom for his morning shower when he heard a somewhat frantic scrabbling sound coming from the ferret cage.

Somehow it didn't sound right, so, instead of going straight into the bathroom, he turned left and headed off to the office where the ferret cag can be found.

Miss Wendy was hanging by her claws from the blanket under the sleeping 'Corner Hammock'. She wasn't hurt and inspection of her claws showed she had caught her 'Spur' in the material.

A quick bit of engineering with a pair of scissors released her and off she went back to bed.

Mind you, she did stop and give OTL a lick on the end of his nose as a thank you!

No camera today, it's been another grey day and we were up too late to catch the sun that stayed hidden behind the clouds!

We met up with Lexy who wanted to play but I didn't! So, after a couple of unwanted sniffs I gave her one of my biggest, 'I'm fed up with you' woofs like wot I did a couple of days ago and she backed off while I hid behind OTL's legs!

I'm getting all big and brave nowadays!

That's it really, not the most exciting day but at least it's not raining!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Another Morning but No Mountains!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here.

Now I'm glad you all enjoyed yesterdays pictures and just to show you how things can change overnight, how about this for a late sunrise?

Just look at that sky over Sheerness, cold innit?

Then, turn around and look towards Southend and ................

....No clouds, but it's still cold!

OK, so there are no clouds but there is a wind blowing and it is cold. So cold I had to wear my jacket but I got over the wind chill as soon as we climbed over the hill.

Looking out to sea from the hill there were some small clouds, but not enough to worry us!

Now it's not often we find a new angle on our walk but I can't remember seeing this vista before, I may have crossed the path but never photographed the path before.

We have been busy today, end of the month stuff and tomorrow we convert it all to PDF files and send to the accountant to muck around with!

Both Eric and Wendy have been treated to a new bed, it's one of those 'Corner Hammocks' where the pair of them can cuddle up together and Old Two Legs has even put a folded blanket under the base, making it super comfy!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

Morning has Broken!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret back with you again.

Going for my early morning walk we sometimes see super cloud formations with the sun playing on the backs of clouds.

On the other paw, we sometimes see nothing but blank grey clouds and a rather boring sky!

Today we saw some very interesting clouds and the sun poking its nose through the clouds.

It was chilly but at least there was no wind!

All of these pictures were taken within five minutes of each other.

At times the sky lit up like a neon light.

At times the morning light can be magnificent and so changeable!

As the winter draws on it will get darker in the morning and the sun will be later in getting up and with a bit of luck there will be even more colour in the sky.

When I see skies like this, I wish we had some mountains around here to really set the whole scene!

We met up with a small woofer today who wouldn't leave my butt alone, sniff, sniff, all the time. I even jumped off the sea wall and she followed me, so I jumped back up and she couldn't!

Her Two Legs had to pick her up and get up the sea wall where upon she started to sniff again!

Enough was enough, I turned around and gave her the biggest, 'I'm fed up with you' woof I could manage!

She jumped back, turned around and ram off whimpering!

You don't mess with me!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.
