The First Day!

 Hello Woofers!

Daisy here wishing you all a Happy New Year!

I hope there are not too many hangovers this morning!

Old Two Legs finished off the last of his whisky, so he is looking forward to opening a new bottle tonight!

I don't mind him opening a new bottle 'cos he gets out the tin of shortbread and I always manage to snaffle a bit! 

I'm pretty good at snaffling!

We missed the sunrise this morning but OTL managed to get a couple of shots that look interesting.

I like it when we can get a sunbeam or two bursting through the clouds

There were no woofers out this morning but lunchtime there were loads of Two Legs wandering along the seawall and taking the sea air!

Can I go up behind them and give a big woof?

These TLs are always dragging their tails and all I wanted to do is to have a run along the sea wall!

TM has been entertaining The Cat Woman today and they both have been splashing the glitter about!

You know, I don't know how they managed to spend all day gassing like wot they do!

I'm off to see where the shortbread is hidden!

Happy New Year!

 Hi Woofers!

Daisy back with you again!

OK, here we are at the end of another year, this morning it was rather mild, I don't mind mild, it's when mild is mixed with wet that it gets soggy!

Old Two Legs has been playing about with bits of paper from HMRC telling him how much he has to pay them!

Whatever the amount is, he will still complain!

Normally I curl up on my pile of cushions and blankets and doggy beds and that's how I spend the morning until my body clock tells me it's now lunchtime and that means walkies!

Unfortunately, lunchtime was not good, it was wet, cold and even wetter!

I must admit that it was a day for speed wees so it was a quick whistle around the football field then off into the long grass to get some poo for the poo bin!

Then we were off home!

Now home is OK 'cos I've found a super place to curl up, it's on a cushion and a couple of blankets and they are on top of the desk and in front of the computer screen!

If I want, I can whistle up Alexa and tell her to sing me a song!

Pour OTL doesn't know how I do it but to be honest, I need some help from The Missus whose voice tends to carry up the stairs rather well!

Alexa, play me some woofin' music!

You know what? Yes, she plays some music by 'Howling Wolf', or that one that goes......'How much is that doggy in the window?

OTL has been watching some more of his Star Gate DVDs, to be honest, I'll be glad when he finishes it all.

So that's it for today, the Tax Man should be pleased with OTL's donation to the Chancellors Piggy Bank

plus, an advance payment to next year’s coffers!
