It's almost warm!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

Now then, who got OTL up on time and managed to catch a bit of a sunrise?

Yes, it woz me!

When we got to the front door TM started to jump up and down and saying it was freezing cold.

Before we were let out TM insisted that I put on my big coat to keep me warm.

When we got to the car park and got out of the car it was almost warm! So much for the need of a heavy coat!

The sunrise was all glowing but no clouds to break up the sky so we had to photograph the trees!

We were walking along the middle path when OTL started to hiss through his front teeth. Now he does that to frighten Cooking Fats but by lowering the pitch it falls into Woofer Speech which translates into

'Look, over there, a Woofer'

I picked my tail up and looked over the bracken to see Devo bounding up from the sea wall!

That was it, Devo and I had a great time running and sniffing along the path down to car park.

The sky didn't change it was still a plain colour transition from dark to yellow to dark!

OTL reckons that we may get some cloud tomorrow so maybe the sky will get some character in it!

Lunchtime it was all clear blue sky and a breeze. The leaves on the tree were just as we left them yesterday so it was not worth raking the pond for leaves!

The Pidgeon’s were flocking around the bird feeders but we didn't see Billy No Mates, maybe he had found another source of food!

Let’s hope tomorrow is as warm as today.

Luv,

Daisy.

Well, the wind has dropped!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

After yesterday’s storm we are getting back to normal again.

OTL has emptied the pond of leaves, we looked hard but there may have been a snail or two who got mixed up with the leaves. The other option is they have sunk down to the bottom of the pond to sleep over winter.

The walk this morning was a little late, OTL over sleeping even though I had given his ears a good licking!

We were so late that we missed Devo and even caught up with The Lads who were running around chasing the balls, as normal!

Hello Ollie and Hugo!

We soon overtook them and headed off to the meadow and forest where the trees were changing colour as the Autumn weather did its job!

The Golden Colours of Autumn.

It was a different outlook at lunchtime, the rain came down and it was a case of a quick wee and a poo then leg it back home to a nice warm bed and a rub down with my Doggy Towel!

One good thing, the wind had dropped so we may be clear of leaves until the wind blows again!

It makes a change to see the pond water!

No sign of Hop-Along the Frog and Billy-No Mates has not been seen either.

Winter is a coming!

Luv,

Daisy.
