Well, the wind has dropped!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy here.

After yesterday’s storm we are getting back to normal again.

OTL has emptied the pond of leaves, we looked hard but there may have been a snail or two who got mixed up with the leaves. The other option is they have sunk down to the bottom of the pond to sleep over winter.

The walk this morning was a little late, OTL over sleeping even though I had given his ears a good licking!

We were so late that we missed Devo and even caught up with The Lads who were running around chasing the balls, as normal!

Hello Ollie and Hugo!

We soon overtook them and headed off to the meadow and forest where the trees were changing colour as the Autumn weather did its job!

The Golden Colours of Autumn.

It was a different outlook at lunchtime, the rain came down and it was a case of a quick wee and a poo then leg it back home to a nice warm bed and a rub down with my Doggy Towel!

One good thing, the wind had dropped so we may be clear of leaves until the wind blows again!

It makes a change to see the pond water!

No sign of Hop-Along the Frog and Billy-No Mates has not been seen either.

Winter is a coming!

Luv,

Daisy.

  1. Yo Daisy. Well the wind has died down here too but it's still been very cold and very damp. I had a nice snuggle up with my mum this afternoon on the sofa. Nice pictures today, sorry you missed Devo but at least you met up with the hooligans for a quick sniff. Glad to hear you're checking the leaves for snails. We've not done a lot today, my mum did try to do a bit of glue flicking but she couldn't concentrate because next door has someone digging up their garage floor and it's been very noisy. Take care, stay safe and warm all. Love, licks and sniffs from little Arch and the others. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
