We are here again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!
Not so hot today, in fact it was just right. The clouds kept the temperature down but there was enough sun to keep everyone happy!
Both sets of ferrets enjoyed a trip down the beach. Miss May had a roll in the Sea Kale while Miss April kept watch from the rim of the Ferret Bag!

May said she hadn't tried Lambs Heart and Holly will have to save some for her the next time it she finds it in her bowl!
Holly said something about a snowballs chance in hell but I wasn't listening 'cos I had found a sniff that needed a good roll!
All today Old Two Legs has been installing a new wireless camera out the front of the house.
He couldn't put it where the other one was so he had to drill new holes for the power cable.
As the caravan was on the drive he didn't have much room for the ladder and it ended up being almost vertical!
It's a good job that OTL was into rock climbing in the distant past and that helped him hang on with his finger nails and teethe while he drilled holes!
It's all installed now and the camera takes video of the front of the house, sends it back to Internet modem thingy and then via a cable to the computers or Wi-Fi to the Internetty and then to his mobile phone!
Clever or wot?
The old camera had to have a cable going from the camera to the TV screen and the resolution wasn't as good as this new camera!
Lunchtime we were down the beach, someone had pinched the ball we hid yesterday! Wendy said that we should have let her do a poo as well as a wee over the ball 'cos that would have stopped anyone pinching the ball!
Somehow I really didn't fancy a Ferret Wee and Poo covered ball, even if it got washed in the sea!
OTL found a stick, so I did some swimming after the stick once OTL had thrown it into the water!

It was then that he spotted the electric drill in the rain gutter where he had left it while he screwed the camera to the wall!
He had to get the ladder out again to retrieve the drill!
Wot a Plonker!

Evening intrepid maties down by the seaside. Well Daisy, I'm gobsmacked, someone nicked your ball, OTL should have a camera set up down on the beach then you could identify the tea leaf. Funny it must be a day for TL's up ladders, my mum was up a ladder today putting a tarpaulin on the roof of the shed, my boy was holding the ladder for her and I was helping, cos she was cutting down some low hanging branches while she was up there and I was arranging them decoratively around the garden. Both my mum and my boy were very impressed with my arrangement. Glad all the furballs managed to get down to the beach today. I can just see Holly chops saving some of her lambs heart for Miss May. I take it that Freddy didn't do a runner today. Now why does OTL want pictures of the front of your house, surely he recognises his own house by now. Was Mrs TM busy with her glue flinging today? I'm glad it's a bit cooler today, I'm not too keen on this very hot weather but I did have a nice siesta when my mum and my boy came home from their lunch out. Wot a cheek, I was left, ON MY OWN, to guard the house and did they bring back a doggie bag? NO!!!!! Well I'm off to go tell my mum it's time for my scoff, so have a good evening all, loved the pictures today by the way. ReplyDeleteFancy calling OTL a plonker, I hope for your sake that he doesn't read your Diary or you will be in trouble. Does he get home sick when off on his travels or does he like to spy on you and your crew? Much cooler today, tomorrow we are going to Smarden to the Big Cat Sanctury, sssssshh but Michael will be fifty years old plus twenty, last time we went it was baking hot and only one show off big cat was outside posing. Sorry to hear about that ball, have you reported it, could OTL fix the old camera by the beach? Now this lambs heart, if you aren't going to give a little taste of yours then do you think Holly will? There lots of questions for you to answer, have a lovely jubbly Friday. xxxxxx
