Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss April, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret!
Another super sunny day and a bit of a scare!
It started off this morning when we arrived at the beach, there it was, all covered in sea weed!
I mean, loads of it all washed up and dumped all over the beach so that we would got 'Squelch Squelch' if we tried running on it, never mind rolling in it!
Old Two Legs told us we were banned from the beach this morning, so we all headed off to the grass path to catch up on the sniffs!

OTL and The Missus had to go out this morning, so we all got a chance for a snooze without the jet powered vacuum cleaner keeping us awake!
They got back just before lunch and in time for our midday walk.
OTL dressed Freddy in his harness and shoved him into the travelling cage. Then he gave Wendy a cuddle and a slurp of Ferretone.
While he was doing that, Freddy got bored with sitting in the cage, he shoved the door open and wandered off under the desk, all without OTL seeing!
We all climbed into the car and off we went to the beach, leaving Freddy to a wander!
It was down in the car park that OTL opened the cage door only to find Wendy stretched out in the cuddle cup enjoying the space!
OTL had to phone home to check if TM had seen Freddy and she had, Freddy had decided to have a game of rolling about in the plastic shopping bags!
We think Freddy had got fed up with the running away bit after last time, well, there are no good sniffs or sea weed in our gardens!
Down on the beach the tide was in and I found a tennis ball with the covering ripped off, that means it will fit very nicely into my mouth!
So OTL and I had a game of 'Fetch The Ball' while Holly sat on the Sea Wall catching up with her sun tan!

Wendy said that she would do a wee on if so the other woofers would think it strange and leave it alone.
That might be OK fro her but I had to point out that I was planning to carry it in my mouth!

He had the whole cage to himself and had moved around from 'Cool Space' to 'Cool Space'!
So far this afternoon the temperature has reached thirty one degrees, not the weather for charging about. So, we all retired to a cool spot for a snooze until dinner time!
No sign of the frogs, so we will have to consult Archie Babe on how to keep frogs in the garden!

Evening little maties down by the seaside and some not by the seaside but playing hide and seek. Wot a naughty Freddy, OTL will have to put a device on him so that if he goes awol, he can find him again. Good job Mrs TM found him or poor OTL would have been very worried again. I wonder who dumped all that yukky seaweed on your beach? Now I bet it would have been fun to have a good roll in it, it's supposed to be good for your skin. That was very kind of Miss Wendy to offer to wee on your ball so that other woofers wouldn't want to pinch it. Hope Holly chops didn't do too much sun bathing while you were having your daily dip. Lovely photos again today. I think our frogs stay here cos they were all born here, plus the added attraction that I live here too. My mum has clipped some of the hair on my tummy and under my armpits to help keep me cool but she keeps coming after me with a cold wet flannel, now, I don't mind it on my bits but I'm not keen on it going on the rest of me, so at the moment, when I see her going to the tap then coming after me, I try to find somewhere to hide. She just don't get it, I DON'T DO WET!!!!!!!!!!! It's very hot here again today so I've had lots of snoozes. Tell Freddy he mustn't keep hiding otherwise one day OTL won't look for him and then he'll not get his tummy tickled anymore. Have a lovely evening, hope there's plenty of muggings. It's my boys birthday tomorrow so he's having the day off so that he can play with me. ReplyDeleteToday started very pleasant but then the wind stopped and the heat started, Michaels computer was still not happy last night so he has had a cool blow on it all day and is hoping it will be better when he turns it on later, cross your paws for him! Yuk all that seaweed looks very slimey you best stay away. That was a nasty trick Fred played on OTL so glad it turned out well, I can just image him opening the cage and Houdini Ferret disappeared. Poor OTL. x. I hope you find that ball tomorrow, good of her to offer but then not a good offer when you think about it, hehe. xxxxxx
