It's us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret here again!
You know, it's getting to be a habit with Old Two Legs, come Sunday morning he decides to have an extra half an hour snoozing in bed!
You know it took Holly and me to wake him up this morning, Holly licked his bald head while I gave his ear a good licking!
That always gets him going!
Finally we ended up on the beach and the tide was right in, just right for a swim and a splash!
Oh! Decisions Decisions! |
Well, we hadn't come across this particular sniff before. It was a bit like ferret, a bit like a Weasel and sort of Stoat but not, if you know what I mean!
What about Mink? I mean, there was a mink farm down the road years ago! |
It will be interesting if we get any more sniffs!
Lunchtime we were down the beach with the rubber ball. No water, just the ball and sand!
Miss Wendy was having a great time!
I LOVE sandy holes! |
Gerroff! this is a Ferret Hole! |
Along comes Freddy Boy and throws me out of the hole and proceeds to bury my ball!
I've been robbed! |
This is My Ball! |
The weather looks good for tomorrow, so I expect to get a swim in the morning, if OTL lets me!
See you tomorrow.
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy and Freddy de Ferret.
Evening little snoozy maties down by the seaside. Glad you managed a little lay in this morning, a lay in is good, I got a lay in as well as my mum didn't go to work this morning. Loved todays pictures. I wonder what that sniff was, I hope it wasn't a nargle, that might be why it disappeared into the bushes, I think OTL was very wise to tell you not to go in after the sniff. Good to see Miss Wendy digging her hole and Fabulous Freddy helping her. I'm glad you managed to rescue your ball, that beach must be full of balls that have been buried. Perhaps Freddy could take something else with him to bury and that way you won't loose another ball. We had a siesta here as well today. My mum was very tired after all that glue flinging yesterday so we had a snuggle up on the sofa. I enjoyed the rest of the afternoon sniffing the roast beef that was in the oven and I stood guard so that no one could break in and nick it. Do you know I didn't even get a lick of it!!!!! Wot a cheek to not give me a lick after I made sure it was safe in the oven. I met up with my woofer mate Monty from next door on my walk this morning. I'm going to do a patrol of the grounds soon because me and my mum are going to have an early night cos she's says glue flinging is very tiring. Have a good evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteI thought like Archie, Nargle, it had to be from your description and I think OTL was right not letting you all go into the bushes because you can't be sure how big it is, I mean to say, a full grown one can be mega size bigger than TMs tape measure! Lovely pictures, great fun with the ball and lots of digging, wow that sounded good. Freddy and Wendy are real funsters even if you have to keep a watch on your ball, you tell him to go play with his own ball, that ones got DAISY written on it. We are home now it has been a really good weekend, beautiful weather, don't get too hot tomorrow. xxxxx
