Well, what a fun Saturday! We started off this morning with The Missus pinching the car to take all her stuff up the village hall for the 'Master Class'. It was lucky that we had taken our bed and water bowl out before she loaded it all up, well, just think of the glitter and glue that could have been hiding in the bed! I mean, we'd have a Glittery Butt and a sticky nose!
Down on the beach the tide was on the turn and I just fancied having a little 'Splash' but Old Two Legs said that we were going out and if I did dip my claws in the water I would have to stay at home!

While we were on our way back we got close to Riverside Park which has some super sniffs 'cos it is surrounded by sea weed and mud!

We got home and OTL said that it was time for the ferrets to have a walk so it was out again and we also had the promise that we could call into the Village Hall to say hello to all the Glitter Girls there.
TM had said OTL could arrive after one to say hello but Freddy and Wendy were a bit slow getting off the beach.

But No Food!
Fred and Wendy got strokes and tickles as well but we could see that there really wanted to get on with their glue slapping!
TM said she had some treats for us from Archie Babe and we just feel like 'Lucky Puppies', I mean, Archie is very naughty but we all send big thanks and licks!
OTL says he thinks there is Curry tonight, so that means we may get a bit of Nan Bread dipped in the juice!

Evening all down by the seaside. Well you were lucky to get up the village hall, I got left home alone! Well not quite alone but alone enough not to meet up with my favourite girlfriends. My mum was very pleased that OTL brought you all along and loved tickling Freddy's tummy and saying hello to Miss Wendy as well as seeing you and Holly chops running round looking for sarnies to mug. Loved all the pictures today and glad you all had fun on the beach. I hope OTL lets you dip some naan bread in his curry. I hope you enjoy the treats, maybe Miss May, Miss Wendy and Fabulous Freddy might like a nibble as well. We're all watching Toy Story 2 with a kebab take away, except I had my usual scoff instead of kebab. My mum enjoyed flinging the glue and wishes we lived a lot closer so she could come more often, then I could come and meet you on the beach as well. Have a lovely evening all. ReplyDeleteLovely tale of tails today, I thought that young Archie would be down to visit you but no, home almost alone, poor little chap boo hoo. Pity you were too late for a mug but still the cuddles must have made up for it in some way, let's hope this evenings curry and naan bread made up for it. xx. Lots of happy ladies glueing and glittering about, best keep at a paws distance in case they get distracted and turn you into a work of art. We have been forced to eat cheese and crackers with chutney all evening, washed down with a wine or beer or two, it's a hard life. Sunday tomorrow, best paws forward and get some serious practice with the swimming. xxxxx
