Cold or Wot?
We headed off towards the beach but Old Two Legs just had to stop and take a picture of the Isle of Grain from Allhallows!

Eric did ask if that was Holly's problem or did she inherit her backside from her dad?
Holly mumbled something about ferrets tasting like chicken but went off chasing sniffs!
Miss May was ferreting about under the grass looking for frozen slugs or snails but all she found were Weasel Sniffs!

Back home, after a rampage around the house, they both cuddled up in their cage and drifted off for their 'Ferret Snooze' which should last about eighteen hours!
Midday I gave OTL's chair a shove to tell him I wanted to go out again. Both Fred and Wendy were half awake waiting for OTL to stop playing on the computer.
The Storage Thingy where he keeps all his files has suddenly stopped letting him in to save or down load any files.
OTL is not a happy woofer, he is to take it down to the computer shop tomorrow to see if they can get into the memory drives!
More expense!
Down on the beach it was still as cold and both Fred and Wendy demanded that they should get carried in the ferret bag but OTL said they could have a carry in his arms but no diving into the bag!

So, we are all looking out for this Jack Frost who has been leaving all this white stuff over the place. OTL has to scrape the stuff off the windscreen before we can drive off to the beach. You know, it was minus 1.5 this morning and they say it will be worse tonight!
Holly says that we should stay in bed tomorrow and have a wee in the garden!
We'll see!

Evening little maties. Well that Jack Frost chap, whoever he is gets about, he came into my garden and my street as well this morning. It's a pain cos when you go out to do your hunting and you're busy trying to be stealthy and stalk the prey, all you can hear is "crunch, crunch, crunch" doesn't do a good hunting woofer any favours does it! My little paws were frozen but at least I had my fleece on when I went for a walk. Love OTL's pictures today, some of them are very artistic and the rest of my little maties are just lovely. I do feel very sorry for poor little Eric with his bits so close to the ground, can't OTL find him a little warm bag to keep them in? Good to hear that Miss May is now letting him snuggle up close to her, at least he can try to get warm again after his cold walks. Miss Holly chops is very good at putting them little furballs in their place. I'm pleased to hear that Miss Wendy had a bit more sympathy for Freddie today. Hope OTL can get into his files without having to spend too much of his dosh, my mum is getting weepy cos the car needs a new battery tomorrow so she's in sympathy with OTL, she keeps saying that the more things cost the less there will be for Santa Paws to spend on my presents, that's making me feel a bit tearful as well now. I hope that Jack Frost takes himself off somewhere else tomorrow, cos it's getting very chilly here. Stay warm and snuggle up close and don't forget to make the most of any muggings. ReplyDeleteLovely pictures again today that OTL does get himself all arty crafty sometimes, trying to copy TM. I like the star burst over Sheerness and the glowing lights are lovely. I saw Jack Frost this morning, he gave our neighbours car a white roof, very pretty it looked then it melted and ran all over the red car leaving it dirty. You don't want him and Archie doesn't want him, poor Jack Frost where will he go.
ReplyDeleteSanta Paws is starting to get busy now, nearly December and he can't have people buying car batteries and computer repairs, that's not on at all. Next year we must get our lists to him quicker so that he can go shopping in the Summer Sales, he has such a struggle shopping on Black Friday and Cyber Monday with all the TL's out there beating him to it. Poor little Eric getting all frozen in the wrong places but at least he has a snuggle companion now that is really the best news. You all have such fun and games on the beach even when it is cold and then a warm Tower to go back to and sometimes even lovely food to comfort you. Hope OTLs storage sorts itself out that is the last thing he needs what with his teeth and bridge problems. Thursday tomorrow 1st December, how is the Christmas Card coming along, you have been very quiet on the subject. xxxxxx
