It's been a Lick an Stick Day!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

It is still a bit chilly down here on the North Kent Coast. In fact it was so chilly that Old Two Legs pulled the duvet up over his head and went back to sleep again and got up an hour later than normal!

Snoozy OTL!

When we went out for our walk we were all alone! Not another woofer in sight!

I think Miss May was feeling the cold 'cos she got OTL to pick her up and give her a cuddle almost all the way back to the car!

Eric was doing his 'sniff and hunt' trick but that gave May a longer cuddle in OTL's arms!

Down on the beach we came across a few Brent Geese splashing about just off the shore and of course Holly was taking a lot of interest!

I wonder if they taste like chicken?
Typical Holly, always thinking of her stomach!

Back home it was the normal 'Clearing Up' after the ferrets and pile of poo everywhere! OTL says that all ferrets are just cuddly poo machines!

Not that the ferrets care, they just love food!

Remind you of anyone?

Because we were up an hour later that means Fred and Wendy were still awake when it came to midday walkies time!

Mind you, when we got to the beach it took a little while to get them going!

Wendy said she rather fancied a carry but OTL reminded her that the idea of the walk was to give them some exercise!

Exercise? We get that running around the house!
This afternoon we have all been helping with the Christmas cards. The Missus has been making the cards and we have been helping seal up the envelopes. We used Holly's tongue to lick the glue 'cos she has a big long tongue!

The ferrets then roll across the back of the envelope to seal it and I then OTL put them through the stamping machine!

Organisation or wot?

After we finished Holly said that all that glue has given her a 'Grumbly Tum' and her tongue kept sticking to the roof of her mouth!

A good slurp of water managed to 'unstick' Holly's tongue!

Now because we have been working hard we reckon we should be allowed to have a peek inside the 'Christmas Box from Archie Babe but OTL says it will be put away until Christmas Morning!

Grrrrrrrrrrh!

We have heard that Mr Goodes has had a fun time getting up into London to get his sinuses seen to! Anyone who goes up to London by buss and train this time of the year must be very brave! You never know if the trains are running 'cos of the strike!

Never mind, claws crossed this end that he gets sorted out soon.

Mind you, I reckon if we get Wendy do a 'Windy Pop' that may clear his sinuses and his ear as well!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties down by the seaside working hard to get the xmas cards out. Well sounds like you all needed a lay in cos you've had such a busy day. Poor Holly chops though, it's a bit hard on her to make her lick all the envelopes, there must have been loads and loads. I think Holly deserves extra muggings for all that hard work. I'll have a good sniff of the envelope when it arrives to see if I can work out which ferret rolled on it, or did they all have a roll on every envelope in turn? Glad the box arrived, now if you peek now Santa Paws might get his elves to come and pinch it back. Poor Michael, it sounds like he's suffering enough without Miss Wendy doing a windy pop on him. I've been on guard duty most of the day but now my mum is home she's taking over so I can have a snooze. Have a good evening all and don't forget the extra muggings for the workers. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxx

  2. Poor OTL wearing himself out so that he overslept and then what happens, he is called upon to operate the stamping machine, tut tut, poor man, hasn't he suffered enough lately, a real tear jerker it is. We haven't had any wild life pictures for a while, not counting woofers and ferrets, Holly is so interested in food and I seem to remember that glue it made from horse! Urgh, still horse is a bit French, oh la la! Michael is going to reply about Miss Wendy and her cure, I think it a good idea and he could use his bus pass. Have a good Tuesday, don't go near your Santa Paws present even if it does smell gggooooooddd. xxxxxx

  3. When can I come over for Miss Wendy to do her magic? It would save me a trip to London and she I am sure would get a medal from the Queen.xxxx
