New Woofers on the Horizon!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

It's been a busy sort of day today, Old Two Legs is trying to 'Fine Tune' the memory things he has been playing with and it has slowed everything down on the network.

We had The Missus complaining that the 'Catch Up' TV which comes via the 'Internutty Thingy' keeps 'Falling Over'!

Well, we have never seen it fall over before, we have seen OTL collapse on the arm chair but that was more to do with fighting the angels for the whisky!

Still, once he has finished messing about TM will settle down to her 'missed' TV and all will be right with the world!

Down on the beach today we watched a big ship set off for places unknown and when OTL showed us the picture I decided to feature it on the blog!

Not bad for an old duffer!
It wasn't really as dark as that but it has something to do with the camera looking at the sun!

Clever eh?

Before the ship set off we were watching it move away from the harbour, being pushed and pulled by a couple of tugs.

I'll be glad when Spring arrives!
May and Eric were playing the old 'Bag Game', you know, let's see if we can get back into the ferret bag and get a carry all the way back to the car!

They got a carry most of the way 'cos the grass was wet where it had been raining, so we had two wet an soggy ferrets!

Lunchtime came and OTL decided that as Fred and Wendy were so fast asleep and cuddled up together, they wouldn't like it if he was to drag them around the Sea Wall getting all wet and soggy, so they carried on snoozing leaving Holly and I to run around at our own speed!

Back home we got a phone call from Auntie Jane, now she has just decided to get another woofer and went to see some Poodle/Jack Russell cross breed woofers. There were three left and she had decided to have one but when she got there she decided that they were so sweet and lovely that she would have two of them instead.

Having two would mean that there would be one left on its own.

So she decided to have all three!

So, on the sixth of January she will be picking up, Alfie, Oscar and Louie!

Three Jack Doodles!

We can't wait to see them!

Freddy and Wendy were out playing this morning and OTL found them playing with TM's slippers, they were in the middle of removing the 'Insole' form one slipper, having removed the other insole and hidden it somewhere!

TM is now walking with a limp!

Right, I hear that dinner is about to be served, so we are off to eat it and be ready for mugging OTL when he gets his dinner!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties down by the soggy seaside. Loved that picture you decided to feature. OTL is very clever. Now then, Jack Doodles, isn't that something you drink? Mr Nipper says it's something you drink, it makes you fall over like wot OTL's fighting with the angels does. Sounds like you'll have a full house when Auntie Jane comes to visit. I bet Wendy and Freddie were really pleased to be left to snooze instead of going out in the cold wet grass. I had a nice siesta with my mum and when we woke up all the fairy lights were on, it was quite nice and cosy. Hope Miss May and Eric got dry and warmed up after their time out this morning. Ummmm, I bet Mrs TM isn't too pleased about walking with a limp cos her slippers have been savaged. Watch out OTL or you'll be getting itchy knickers and socks again. I hope Mrs TM has been able to catch up on her TV. Enjoy your dinner and muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Plenty of news today, I wonder where that big boat was going maybe delivering Christmas presents across the sea. Archie is right Jack Doodle is a drink and three bottles is very potent, wow, three Auntie Jane doesn't believe in doing things in twos. I think she may need the patience of a Saint or is she trying for a Duke of Edinburgh Award in 2017, all boys as well! Soggy ferrets there's a scene, if I were Fred and Wendy I would pretend to be asleep to miss the alternative. Now TM seems to be the problematic one in Godwin Towers, no catch up TV and a limp, has she found her lost sole? Poor thing, could she let the other sole be stolen and then watch where it is hidden, she might then locate the original lost sole. Nothing as sad as a lost sole. xxxxxx
