We start getting ready for the Hols!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

Well, it's started! This is the time when Old Two Legs starts to get everything ready for the holiday. He has got the camera gear bagged up and the ferret cages we take away are dug out of the shed and cleaned then stored in the back of the big car.

We were up early, mainly 'cos The Missus was up at the crack of dawn and was making such a noise with her crafting stuff!

When we got to the beach the tide was still out so Eric had to make do with a paddle in the rock pool.

No Nargles here!
I managed to get in some 'Sniff Rolling' even though it was a dead crab from the last high tide!

Yeah! A sort of Crab Paste Roll!
Eric had fun digging in the sand while May went into 'Sniff Mode' in the Sea Kale!

That sun is getting warm!
Lunchtime we took Fred and Wendy down the beach and of course, being Sunday and sunny there were loads tourists and of course they all wanted to stroke Fred and Wendy!

Anyone would think that Ferrets were new!
OTL came across this flower growing beside the grass path. The colour was bright in the midday sun!

Next we will be looking for butterflies!
Holly and I have started to get our holiday stuff ready, you know, balls, bones, rain coat!

Well, it is Scotland and you know how much rain they get!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Afternoon little maties. Sounds like you're all going to be busy finding and stashing your holibob stuff. Just watch them ferrets don't take anything out of your stash. I don't know why them TL's aren't going potty over you and Holly chops, seems daft to me, 2 beautiful lady woofers. Good on yer Daisy for getting some sniffy sniffs stacked away in your fur, that lady at the groomers will have to work hard for her dosh. I've had a bit of a lazy day cos of getting up so early. My mum went and cut the grass and all the edges then I went out and put my seal of approval on it by doing a poo, but I did it in 3 separate places .......... my mum was really pleased, she said her back hurt from cutting all the edges and pushing the mower ....... pfffftttt. I'm glad little Eric didn't find any nargles, he doesn't know wot size they are and they might be bigger than him!!! I bet there will be nargles lurking when you get up to Scotland. How long is it before you go? I need to know cos then I can listen out for you all singing your holiday songs as you go by. Glad you all had fun on the beach today. Psssssst is Mrs TM already sneaking things into the caravan to take with her? Loved todays pictures, you sure look like you're enjoying that roll. Have a lovely evening and hope the muggings are good. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Daisy, we have a problem, your book about Scotland it resting on our coffee table and you are going to need it, awful to think of you all getting lost and having to ring us to see where Arisaig is or even the Isles of Rum, Eigg, Muck or Canna, that would be terrible.

As for those little ones getting all the attention, it is not fair as you were there first and are important, indeed very important. Exiting days ahead, will the telescope help plot your way, you can follow the stars but then you will need to travel in the dark! Shall we bring your book, I will send TM a message if I don't hear soon as it was so nice to borrow and I feel guilty that we haven't seen you since. xxxxxx
