It's a Flowery Day today!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret again!

No rain today! It's back to sunshine and warm balmy breezes!

We hear that Izzy's mum has been doing the 'One Step Shuffle' after her operation.

'The Physio' says that is good progress and the fact there is movement is even better!

So, more news when it comes!

First thing this morning we were down on the beach when Old Two Legs spotted an old sailing barge on the horizon.

Yo Ho Sailor!
May and Eric came out with us 'cos it wasn't too hot. We all had a trot along the beach and up the hill and they didn't ask to be carried!

Even though they didn't let up on trying to catch Holly and I and give us a nip on our back legs!

Come on, let's grab her leg and scare the woof out of her!
Lunchtime OTL decided that at lunchtime it would be too hot to take Wendy and Freddy out. If a ferret gets too hot then that's not good for them!

Eric said that as long as they had their rampage around the house he wouldn't mind missing out on the midday run!

OTL spent time photographing the flowers along the side of the path as we headed down to the beach.

Now, that's looking pretty!
Not that he found anything rare or special, but the colours look good!

This is the plant where we find the Soldier Beetles
There was this one that had a pretty colour but all it's mates were white!

A DNA Hiccup?
Then there was the stuff that looks like 'Cow Parsley' but OTL says he is not sure, he is more interested in the shape and colour rather than the name!

We like the flower blooms around the edge!
This afternoon we spent guarding the office desk, well, we both stayed underneath on our beds!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Evening little maties down by the seaside. Well I take it you didn't manage a dip today Daisy. Glad to hear Izzy's mum is doing well, hope it won't be too long before she gets released and can go home to her little gang. Loved the photos today, me and my mum have been watching a programme on catch up TV, it's about wot lives in your back garden and it was filmed in gardens just 2 streets from my house. No wonder there are so many sniffs in my garden every morning with all that rampages and poos in it. Talking of poo, my mum delivered my 3 samples to the vets this morning so now we wait to see wot they find in it ........ now I wonder if the bit of blue tack my mum lost the other day will show up, the bits of tissue that I manage to nab when my mum unloads the drier, the leaves that I sometimes manage to snaffle in the garden .......... hmmmm they'll have a very interesting time looking at it all and discovering my treasures. Now Mrs Sue, I can see it's very easy to be taken in by my mum, she looks harmless until you have tablets to take then she grows horns. Right my boy is home from work so I best go give him a pasting. Have a lovely evening all hope the muggings are good. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Good news about Izzy's mum, keep up the good work xx. I hope the vet doesn't find too many treasures in the poo or they will be wanting more, still it might reduce the bills. This TV programme I hoped that Archie hadn't seen it, maybe you and Holly can get OTL to drive you over there to share all these wonderful sniffs and stuff that you are missing out on. Pretty flowers today and even a far off ship, we haven't seen one of those for a few weeks. I thought it was going to rain this afternoon but then it brightened up again, a good rampage around the house is not as good as a dig and snuffle on the beach but it beats being "indoors". Hope you have a good Friday and even a little dip would be nice also I hope Cafe Godwin has been up to standard. xxxxxx
