Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret here!
It has been one of those 'Early Days' you know, wake up too early, try to get back to sleep only to have The Missus flying around the house with her jet powered vacuum cleaner!
Nothing for it, we get up and head off to the beach!

Back home Holly and I had a snooze on the bed while Old Two Legs was 'Poo Shoveling' in the ferret cages!
He had an appointment with the dentist so the 'Shovelling' was done at speed!
The vet did his inspection and couldn't find a tooth that needed filling! Being foiled he said that a back tooth needed 'Watching' so instead of six monthly inspection he decided that OTL needed an inspection every three months!
So, before he was allowed out he had to make an appointment for the 6th November!
One good thing, before he came home he dropped into the Doggy Shop and got us some treats and a couple of bottles of disinfectant that OTL uses when cleaning the cages.
As soon as he got back we were off down the beach again and this time Wendy and Freddy decided they wanted to come as well, even though it was rather warm out!
Freddy spent some time digging a hole while Miss Wendy went off hunting Nargles in amongst the sea weed!

Holly and I were digging for all our worth and the hole was getting deeper and wider and the ferrets kept well clear!

Back home both ferrets soon were fast asleep and so were we!
This digging can certainly tire a girl out!
I think we will have to take a lesson from Archie Babe and spend more time having cuddles instead of working our paws to the bone digging holes!

Evening little maties. You have been busy with all that digging, wot a super looking hole that is. I've been quite busy as well, I sniffed a super sniff in the garden and I raked it with my paw then I rolled in it, first one side, then the other, then my chin, then my butt .......... my mum was a bit cross cos when I'd finished I had go faster stripes down my side. My mum took me in and gave me a wash, I wasn't very happy about that but she says I don't sniff too bad now. I thought is was a super sniff, it was goose poo, you get green and brown stripes from goose poo you know. I've been quite busy myself, wot with guard duty and boy sitting duty first thing then just guard duty this afternoon. It's time now for cuddles. Them ferrets sound like they've all had fun today. Glad OTL didn't have to get stabbed, I reckon that dentist is having a giraffe with OTL, my mum says if she was OTL if her tooth don't hurt she won't be going back too soon. I've got to go get my butt checked tomorrow, so that'll be some cuddles coming my way. Have a lovely evening with plenty of snoozes and hopefully some nice muggings. ReplyDeleteToo warm to dig holes today and too warm for nargles to be found, I don't suppose even the rabbits can be bothered to scamper about. Not warm for that super charged TM to be about doing her cleaning, if she didn't make so much mess she wouldn't need to keep cleaning, afterall if it isn't you, Holly, Eric, Fred, Miss May or Miss Wendy who make all the mess it must be OTL. Did you manage to sneak the manky ball home, no, what a spoil sport. You need to be on the look out now for goose poo, it sounds just the right thing for a roll about in. Pleased for OTL with the dentist so now it is the day after a Guy Fawkes night, get saving. xxxxxx
