Woofing Cold!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!

This has been a seriously cold day today!

I poked my nose out of the curtains first thing, it was still dark but it looked like it had been snowing! On a closer look I worked out that instead of snow it was fog, freezing fog and horrible thick frost on all the cars!

That means we had to sit in the car with the engine running and wait until the windows were de frosted!

It wasn't any better when we got to the car park!

Not even a Bunny playing snowballs!
Of course Old Two Legs was tickled pink 'cos the frost means there are plants with frost on them.

He found this one that had the frost but also there were also some black seed pods to enhance the frosty bits!

Pretty but still blooming cold!
We met up with Max and Oscar who had their warm coats on. We had never seen these types of coats on sale and OTL says that they looked dead smart!

The jackets OK but my butt gets cold if the wind blows the wrong way!
Back home we retired to the bed for a warming snooze while OTL 'De Pooed' the ferrets cages and after a bit of playing on the computer we decided to leave the ferrets at home and head off to see if it was any warmer!

It wasn't!

In fact not only cold but it was wet as well!

Let's not hang about too much!
As we were walking down to the beach we spotted a seriously Bozo Bozo charging about in the mud flats chasing the sea birds!

I mean, that woofer has some serious problems 'cos he took no notice of his Two Legs and spent all the time charging up and down the mud chasing birds!

A serious case of Bozoism!
We stood there for a couple of minutes before walking back towards the car. We came across his TL who didn't look as though she was going to very happy when he finally came out of the mud!

But was he enjoying himself!

You know, there are some dogs that give woofers a bad press!
We left him to it and were soon back home where we could sniff chicken being cooked!

It's going to be a good night!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well you got that right Daisy, it has been woofin cold today. I went out for my wee at 4 this morning and there was thick frost and I could hardly see to the end of my garden through the fog. I was lucky cos I went back and snuggled in my bed while my mum went to work but I was pleased to snuggle up with her for an hour when she came home, we both snuggled in her bed. Now my mums car broke yesterday, she's not very happy but someone is taking it on Wednesday to try and fix it. The heater stopped working yesterday when she was trying to get it de-misted, well I mean you can't drive along with a fog in your car even if you do know the way you're going. Anyways, it's all to do with fuse boxes and things and the chap who thinks he can mend it says it's a common fault with the type of car we've got, he says the fuse box by the battery melts. Everything else works at the moment except that it doesn't lock when she presses the key but it does unlock ........ no that's seriously silly. Anyways the car is tucked up in the garage until it's sorted but my mum isn't looking forward to the bill, I reckon she'll cry like OTL when his wallet has been mugged. Loved the pictures today, they do look very pretty but very chilly. Wot a bozo, fancy running up and down in the mud in this weather, I bet that bozo needed a bath before he was allowed in the house. Glad to hear there's decent scoff again today. Mrs TM must have realised Santa Paws is watching her. My boy is off tomorrow so he can share the guarding with me but I'll be in charge. We might even have a wrestle. Have a lovely evening all, stay warm and snuggly, enjoy the chicken and any muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and Mr Nipper xxxxxxxxx

  2. Hi my friends down south. You look very smart in your coats. It's been a miserable wet day here so we all got soggy on our walks. All dried off now and snuggled on the bed with mum. She's got a horrible lurgy and spent the day in bed coughing and groaning coz all her joints ache. Good job her school has finished for Christmas and she doesn't need to work tomorrow. Your scoff sounds good today. Love, licks sniffs and woofs from Izzy and the gang xxxx

  3. You are right those coats look very smart and are like trousers to the knees, what they need is a big flap at the back that can be raised at appropriate times! Lovely pictures, maybe the bunnies are there but so covered in frost that you can't see them, I bet they were laughing at you two in the cold. You would like to run in the mud if OTL let you, I know Holly wouldn't dream of it but you are partial to a bit of mud, it keeps you cool but then on a day like this who wants to be kept cool! Sorry about Archies mums car, I hope the man manages to sort it out for a nice little price as it is Christmas. Hope your chicken was cooked to your liking, I know how fussy you have become but there is no point having minders if they can't cook a decent bit of crispy chicken! xxxxxx
