Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!
Now then, pay attention we got a puzzle for you!
There we wuz, out walking in the dark with Old Two Legs this morning and he was showing off about a tiny spec of light in the sky.
'There', he says, 'is Venus!'
'It's called the Morning Star if you see it in the morning and the Evening Star if you see it in the evening!'
Holly asks, 'Wot about that star then, wots that called?'
Dunno says OTL, but it's moving.
'Might be a 'OOFO' says Holly who is into that sort of stuff!
What do you reckon?
Well? |
............................or maybe? |
He went all zoomy, zoomy with the camera! |
Now is it a Boeing747 or a Fokker Friendship? |
Just look at all those 'Stars'! |
Look like Glow Worms to me! |
It took Eric a little while to get going but once he got moving he was OK.
Because May runs a bit faster than Eric, she was telling him that there were Nargles and Wild Woofers and Snakes in the grass ahead!
'Quick Eric, look at this snake!' |
That's how he got his nick name...........'Eric the Fearless'!
I don't like snakes! |
Are you ready? |
Eric the Fearless strikes again!
As soon as we got to the football field both Eric and May headed off towards the car at a gallop!
Do you think those rabbits are behind us? |
Eric got to the car first!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!
Yo maties. Well look at all them pictures of the dot in the sky. I reckon Holly chops is right cos she usually is cos she knows about things. Poor little Eric, he'll be having nightmares tonight, he might start screaming in his sleep and wake Miss May up, serves her right cos she shouldn't scare the little chap. It's been dry and quite bright today so I decided I'd venture up the shops to see if Brenda had any cuddles for me, she did and I got my treats as well. My mum has hurt one of her paws today, she was trying to take apart my boys old bed and she was having a bit of a problem with it so she got the tool that does everything, she got the hammer out. When she hammered the bit that the mattress goes on, it fell down and straight on her paw. My mum said lots of French words and hopped about for a bit. She's alright now though cos she had a bath and her her paw went a lovely shade of blue. We're having an early night cos it's work tomorrow but my boy has got his long weekend off this week so he'll be helping me guard. We hear Izzy's mum had to go to the vets today so we hope she'll be feeling better very soon. I bet Izzy and the gang are all snuggled with her making her feel a bit cosy. Hope you all have a lovely evening with plenty of muggings and no nightmares about OOFO's. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeletePoor little Eric being scared like that I bet you told him those dots in the sky were UFOs and they were coming to get him, poor little chap, he doesn't have anyone on his side. Very informative sky pictures, I shall study them later when I am more alert! Now talking about being poor, how about poor Archies mum hammering the bed onto her paw, that was silly, she should have moved a bit quicker. Sorry, hope it feels better very soon. xx. More education for Archie, between you and him you could fill a foreign language dictionary. It is getting warmer so the rabbits will start being about so watch out for your tails. We shall watch out for you in Essex unless it is misty or foggy. xxxxxx
