Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Freddy and Eric de Ferret!
Well mates, we reckon Spring is really here now. Today we have seen flower blooms and froggies making Tadpoles!
Yep! We have counted seven frogs in the pond and two were having a sort of cuddle, Old Two Legs said they were 'Making Tatpoles'!

They did enjoy another scrabble in the Mole Hills and it was young Eric that did his share of digging while Miss May stood to one side giving him 'Instructions'!
OTL didn't take his camera 'cos he changed the lens to the big zoom 28<300mm and found he couldn't carry two ferrets a ferret bag and a camera all at the same time!
We have had our afternoon snooze, so it's off to see what is for dinner, steak and chips if we are lucky or Doggy Scoff if we are not!
We reckon that Archie Babe should come down here for a holiday 'cos we got loads of stuff he can chew. Let's face it, Eric can demolish a whole bag of Smoothies in one pass and Wendy can move a couple of pounds of Brambles Biscuits in five minutes!

Yo maties, it's good to see the little green frogs back in the garden after their long winter snooze, I saw one the other night but it was raining way too hard for me to want to go out so I said I'd come out and play another day. I haven't looked in the pond yet to see wot they're up to, I like to give them a bit of privacy but hopefully we'll get some spawn this year, then I can have more little maties to play hop and whizz in the garden with. I might have to take you up on your offer of coming down there to find things to chew, I tried to have a chew on one of my mums boxes today but she's barricaded it under the table and I can't get to it now, she's such a spoil sport and it's mothers day too, she better look out or she'll not get a card from me!!!! Glad to hear that May is instructing Eric in the art of digging mole hills. I'll keep my paws crossed that you've got steak and chips for dinner tonight and not that rubbish doggie scoff. My boy has a day off tomorrow so he can do guard duty when my mum goes to work in the morning and then he can wrestle with me in the afternoon when she goes back to work again. I've had a snoozy day today on account of how much work I did yesterday with finding treasure that my mum and Mrs Marianne had dropped. Loved the pictures today. ReplyDeleteAll good news today except for the lazy sun, fancy it not coming out in it’s full glory for Mother’s Day or as I have heard, Mothering Sunday, the latter sounds like it’s good for mother’s, only have to work one day a year. I don’t think they call it Fathering Sunday and definitely not a good name for the day but it depends on how you regard the word fathering!
ReplyDeleteHow come your frogs are so bashful at croaking maybe they have heard that certain woofers chase them, not that you would, of course not. That feeder looks good and a tester already sometimes it takes a while for creatures to get used to new things and not see them as dangerous.
Your neighbours daffodils look lovely and last longer in the garden, you can tell TM that you arranged for their exact positioning in their garden for her benefit. She will believe you!! Hope the steak turned out to be steak and not doggie scoff, tell her that 🥩 🥩 is better than 💩 💩. Dustbin day tomorrow, oh it is all go and all excitement xxxxxx
