Another Hot Day!

Hi Woofers,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty Boy here!

Well, have we got some good news!

Yesterday, last night and most of today, when Wendy and Monty have been asleep, they have been cuddled up together in the Cuddle Cup Bed!

When they have both been awake and in the cuddle cup, Monty has been giving Wendy a seriously good lick on the back of the neck and also washing her ears out!

Now, that is a super development and Monty looks like he has finally been accepted by Wendy!

We just love a good news story!

A bit like today, it has been rather warm, no, tell a lie, it's been blooming hot!

In fact, we came across a Butterfly that was so confused he kept falling off the blade of grass he landed on!

I'm getting really dizzy!
We heard a terrible buzzing sound and spotted one of those Micro Tights flying overhead, Holly said it may have been the one that buzzed a golf course up in Scotland but Old Two Legs said it was the wrong colour!

Ere, I've lost me protest banner!
Lunchtime we were out again and the ferrets were just too hot to come out with us. Mind you, it was thirsty work running around the Sea Wall and we just couldn't wait to get back to the car for a drink, even if the water was all lukewarm!

I could drink a gallon, no matter what temperature it is!
The Missus is off to a posh evening down at Rochester Castle listening to classical music, whatever that is!

Mind you, she is taking her own seat and a cool bag with some giggle juice to share with Auntie Jane who will be there as well!

Looks like OTL will be getting sausage and chips tonight, maybe we will get a nibble to!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty.

  1. Yo maties. Well it's been bloomin hot here as well and no sign of a bit of rain to give the grass a drink. Wot good news about Miss Wendy and Monty boy, that is seriously good to hear. Mind, tell him to give his tongue a wash after he's washed her ears .... ewww, not sure I want to lick anyones ears really. Now how funny that you should see that microtight flying over today, cos when I went out on my early morning walk, there was one of them buzzing over here, I wonder if it was the same one on it's way to a trip to the seaside. Not a lot to report this end today cos it's been way too hot to do much other than scoff and snooze. I did have a little wrestle with my boy but it was a quick one cos it was toooooooo hot to really have a good wrestle. Hope that flutterby didn't hurt it's self when it fell off the grass. Hope Mrs TM enjoys her classical concert tonight and doesn't get too giggly, she might and then she'll be up there trying to conduct. With a bit of luck, OTL might share his sausage and chips with you and Holly chops, well you can hope. Have a good evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little (too hot to get into mischief) Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. We are here in Swaffham and it is very hot, as you can see we have internetty stuff so I can talk to you. Lovely news about Monty and Miss May but as Archie says not sure about licking ears clean, sounds a bit yucky but then we are not ferrets. We haven’t seen any microtights here but there is a big wind turbine and some rugby goal posts. Hope TM enjoys here classical concert and manages to get home safely after the giggle juice, tomorrow we have morning coffee at 10am and then roast dinner from midday, says real Yorkshire pudding but we are in Norfolk so shouldn’t that be real Norfolk pudding? Drink plenty in the hot weather but stay off the giggle juice or you won’t be any good at guarding xxxxxx
