Another Sun Shiny Day!

Hello Woofers!

It's the Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret Show!

Well, sort of anyway!

A calm start to the morning, no wind, no rain, no howling gales! A sure sign we are back in the South East of England!

Miss May declined a run out this morning saying she was just too comfortable in bed! Mind you, young Eric was all up for a run and managed to get into his travelling cage before Old Two Legs had a chance to get the harness on Eric Babe!

Down on the Sea Front the sun was still in bed when we arrived!

Wakey wakey sun shine!
Eric said that he wanted to get a bit higher so he could see the sun before us but by the time he got up the step the sun had got out of bed!

Ooh! This stone work don't half scrub your claws!
Just in time it happened, POW! The sun exploded out of the horizon and Eric was jumping up and down with delight!

Pow! and there is Eric's morning sun!
It was OK watching the sun come up but Eric has short legs and on these mornings the grass is very wet so poor Eric ends up with a wet tum!

That is where OTL comes in handy, Eric asks for a lift, gets cuddled up in OTL's arms and manages to dry his tummy before demanding to be put back on the ground where he runs over the grass getting his tummy wet again!

Get the picture?

Lunchtime is a different story 'cos by then the grass has dried off so Wendy and Monty have no problems with wet tummies!

Mind you, young Monty is very interested in learning all about 'Woofer Sniffs' as he calls them but we think he would rather enjoy Ferret Sniffs!

Go on, tell me all about the sniff before I try it!
Monty found the Mole Hole again and enjoyed a little dig while Holly and I found a sniff to roll in!

Monty spotted us and alerted OTL to what we were doing, so, bang goes our roll!

Oi! Can I come over and have a roll as well?
Things have been busy this afternoon for OTL, seems his customers have missed him while he has been away and are making up for it by sending him orders!

Tomorrow we have the Accountant Man coming to visit and there is something wrong with the accounts package but OTL says the man will fix it!

We got chicken tonight, that means first we mug OTL then after all his dinner has gone, we start on ours!

Bye bye for now.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

  1. Yo maties. It's been a nice sunny day here as well. I went for a walk this afternoon up to the shop to get a cuddle and some treats from Brenda, she sure knows how to give a good cuddle to a chap. I got my mum to do a list of jobs today, washing, ironing, hoovering, but I let her off cutting the grass, she can do that tomorrow or Saturday. We had no time for a siesta today cos I wanted to go get cuddles from Brenda instead. My mum had planned to do some crafting but you have to crack the whip sometimes and make these TL's get on with jobs instead. I'm off to bed early tonight, I am a tad tired from not getting my siesta and I'm on guard duty in the morning, well shared guard duty really cos it's my boys day off tomorrow so he can help. Loved all the pictures today, I do feel sorry for them little short legs trying to get up them huge steps. Maybe if you'd let Monty share in the roll in the sniff he might not have snitched on you and Holly chops. Have a word with him tomorrow and see if you can come to a deal. Glad that you've got some decent scoff tonight and wot good thinking about mugging OTL first then eating your own scoff, you girls are really clever, I could learn lots from you. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. It was nice to see the sunshine and even better to see your sunrise, that is lovely, as was your chicken, a double whammy with a taste of OTLs before eating your own. Wasn’t it nice to have customers who miss him and set up some wants for when he returns, more pennies for the vet, dentist, garage and chicken fillet shop. Hope you find more sniffs tomorrow of an outstanding variety, maybe some kebab from Southend as it is supposed to be another sunny warm day and those Essex people will be wanting some kebabs. xxxxxx
