And it was Foggy Foggy to!

Hi Woofers!

It's Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret again!

This morning was the foggiest I have seen it on the Sea Front this year! I mean, if I looked behind I reckon I wouldn't see the end of my tail!

Like it was all Fog Lights all the way to the Sea Shore!

We got to the shore and heard a horrible low loud moaning coming from out to sea! I said it could be Heeland Haggis wot has followed us down to the South Coast but Holly said it was more than likely to be a Beluga Whale with a tummy upset from drinking the Thames water!

Old Two Legs said it was a ship sounding off its fog horn but we prefer the Beluga with the grumbly tum!

That's a Beluga with The Grumbles!
OTL got all artistic and tried some shots of the spiders web but to be honest, there weren't many and on top of that they weren't that impressive!

Well, it's web but we've seen better!
When we came down the ea Front at lunch time it was still foggy and the Beluga was still making the noise it did this morning, that must be a really sore tummy he has now!

This fog makes the grass all wet!
Wendy and Monty came with us but made a big thing about getting back into the ferret bag 'cos the grass was making their tummies all wet!

Back home OTL had to go out delivering stuff so Holly and I decided to stay at home.

We had some fun when he came back, you see he parked the car out front while Holly and I gave him our big Welcome Home woof. Then he took the plastic bins around the back and came in the back door.

Holly and I were still woofing out the front window while OTL was sneaking in the back door!

Crafty OTL, but good fun all the same!

I think we are on Doggy Scoff tonight, no sniffs of chicken being cooked, never mind, it's Saturday tomorrow so that means F1 racing and paws up on the sofa until The Missus comes back from he Village Hall, if she is going of course!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. I didn't have any fog here today, it was clear as a bell when I went out for my first morning wee at 4, it was still clear when my mum came home at 9.30. Me and my boy were cuddling on the sofa when she got home, we was having a snooze while we did guard duty. Sounds like that whale thingywotsit needs a dose of Epsom salts to help its grumblies if it's making a noise wot you can hear on the seashore. I suppose a vet would have to go out and make a house call to it if it can't get to the vets. Maybe it was a nargle wot followed you home. I feel a bit sorry for the ferrets having to walk along in wet grass, getting a wet tum and bits isn't pleasant. Shame about the doggie scoff, maybe Mrs TM could cook enough chicken for 2 days next time. Looks like you're planning a nice lazy day tomorrow, think I might do the same. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. Well what a pea-souper you've had. We just had rain, wet miserable rain. Our dad is also working very long hours at work because all the computers have been changed that control all the machines in his factory. They control all the pressures and gauges and burners and coolers and squashers and fast whizzy things. So computers being computers...they didn't work properly at first. So he went to work on Wednesday as usual at 7.45am after taking us all on our 2 sets of walks to patrol around the village. Then 5pm came but no dad and no walks, then 6pm, 7pm, 8pm. Then at 10 pm, mum put his dinner in the fridge, at 11pm we all went to bed but left a light on so Dad didn't fall over our toys in the dark. At 12 am we were snoring our socks off. At 6am we got mum up for our morning wee and at 7.30 am we heard Dad's key in the door. He then had breakfast, slept for 3 hours, had last night's dinner and then went back to work. He didn't come home until 9pm, then today he went to work at 7.30am and has phoned to sy he won't be home til gone midnight. Poor dad, those computers found it very hard to talk to all the hot, squishy, whizzy parts of the factory but he hopes they will be talking the same language very soon. So do we because we are owned a few walks or three and mum is owed her Friday night takeaway! Hope the sunshine comes back tomorrow for both you and us. Licks, woofs, sniffs and love from Izzy and the gang xxxxxxx

  3. Where did that fog come from, it was really thick but went away only to return so when we went out at 10 am it was back all over us. Something drove into the Snack Waggon which operates from the top of North Dane Way, I should say operated from as the side is nearly off and when we went past it about 11-30 am it was hitched to a truck and there was a police car with its blue lights flashing. We don't know if anyone was injured, just saw it had happened on Facebook and must have been open at the time, apparently due to the fog. Archie has bells and Jenaette has rain,I thought the rain may have decided to run away by now but no!!
It is a very sick Beluga making all that noise, calling for his friend in the fog, I do hope they have met up now. Just think Daisy if you couldn't see Holly for the fog you would waile.
Thank you Daisy for telling me the F1 is on this weekend because it was on last week and we could only see the highlights, this time it is on our TV so we can see it. Only drawback it is on at 6 am, that won't upset TM as she is up making plans for her glue slapping, we might make sure we don't find out the results and watch the re-run at midday on Sunday. It must be about time you had heart and gravy for dinner, put in your order, distract her when she is doing her shopping order and put a couple of ticks where is says "heart", she will wonder how the order came about but I won't tell, promise xxxxxx
