Another Sun Shiny Day!

Hi Woofers!

Us again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

We are 'Back to Normal' here in sunny North Kent!

Old Two Legs woke up at five this morning then went back to sleep again until ten to six when I woke him up with a big wet tongue in his ear!

That was it, he was up and running in no time! It was still dark 'cos the sun was still in bed but the moon was what OTL calls 'Full'.

No, that's the moon!
So, after taking that picture of the moon, OTL turns around and that's where the sun comes up!

Here comes the sun, in about half an hour!
Miss May stayed in bed but as normal, Eric de Ferret came out with us and he just loves the dark and running up behind us!

Normally we don't see anyone else when we went out this morning we saw Three Two Legs and Four Woofers!

I can see that when the clocks change we might be up earlier, just to get a quiet walk!

Lunchtime it is all different, the sun is up and warming the whole place, we can see if there is a woofer on the horizon and, there is always the chance of a 'Deep Paddle'!

Monty is always up for a 'Ferret About' in the grass while Miss Wendy takes a little time to get going!

I think I see a Nargle!
Monty is such a bundle of fun and mischief he makes us laugh! Take the sniffs. He will creep up behind Holly and wait for her to finish the sniff before diving in and pretending she really is enjoying it!

After you with sniff Miss Holly Chops!
Tomorrow, the calendar on the computer says that OTL has got to make an appointment with the vet for Eric to get stabbed with his Distemper protection!

I hate getting stabbed but Eric says that he is big and tough and can take it!

Blooming show off!

Breaking news! Eric's jab is January not October so the little rat has got away with it until next year!

Today we have been served up Doggy Scoff, not my favourite but Holly said she felt hungry and chomped her way through almost all of it, leaving a little bit for a nibble before bed.

Now I really don't fancy eating eye balls, Archie Babe has got some strange tastes!

Hey! We saw a grey squirrel on the outskirts of the village, who knows, it won't be long before they land up in our garden wrecking the peanut bird feeder!

Then Holly and I will have some fun chasing them away!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. It's been a very chilly day here, we've had some sunshine but it didn't warm up at all. I went for a nice walk this morning and bumped into Boris the Bounce, but he wasn't bouncing, he found a really interesting sniff and was sniffing away for all he was worth then he let me have a sniff but I was more interested in getting a scratch behind the ears from his TL. My mum and my boy both went to work after dinner but my mum is home now and my boy will get home when me and my mum are in bed but he will come in and say good night to me and make sure I'm snuggled down. We have lots of grey squirrels here and they have regular punch ups, they are quite funny when there's a few of them all boxing each other, I don't think I'd like to fight one though cos they use lots of dirty tricks and you have to cover your ears because of the language they use. Hope Eric still feels the same about being stabbed when January comes round. Good job Monty waits until Holly has finished her sniff before he goes in for a sniff, I reckon Holly might not like him pushing her out. Loved the pictures today. Sorry to hear about you being served up with doggie scoff though ........... ewwww yuk and you know me, I eat anything, except worming tablets. Hope you all have a lovely evening with a few tasty snackettes. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. So today we have the full moon and an approaching sun, lucky us. I can see why you would want to go walking in the early morning when you expect it to be quiet as it makes for easiness with the big woofers. Today we have Daisy Girl here with her big, gigantic purple bag and a “crutch”, yes a crutch she twisted her ankle on Monday and it has been getting worse so her dad took her to the Ashford hospital this morning but fortunately she hasn’t broken anything. Just been issued with one crutch and an exercise sheet, she has to rest for 48 hours so that sees out her visit to us, we were originally taking her home Saturday morning for her dance lesson but now it is Saturday afternoon for her maths lesson. She has decided she is going to bed and I have to carry said big bag upstairs for her and fetch her a glass of water, this is very tiring having a mini TL with a crutch xxxxxx
