Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!
We were out this morning at our normal time and it was so dark that we thought Old Two Legs had got out an hour too early!
It was terrible, dark, no sunrise in fact it was horrid!
The only good thing was the temperature, it was warmish and to be honest, rather pleasant!
Too dark for any sort of photograph but Eric got his run in the dark and was diving into the grass pretending he was chasing a Niffler!
Back home we let OTL get on with the 'Friday Jobs' on the computer, after he had cleared all the cages!
After a relaxing morning we were out again and other than being a bit lighter, it was all the same as this morning!

We decided to leave the Christmas Decorations out of the cages, well, we don't want to distract the ferrets from getting ready but when it comes to the games we will be entering Monty and Eric in such games as 'The Fastest Ferret out of a Bag'!
We are off now to get an early night as we have to get up early tomorrow.

Yo maties. It's been really damp and drizzly here all day, now when I get up at 4 to go for a wee, when my mum is working, I can't believe how dark it is, my mum has to shine the torch so I can find the garden. I take it Eric didn't catch any nifflers. I'll be thinking of you all tomorrow at the show and will be keeping everything crossed that the rosettes are going to the best little ferrets I know. I hope Eric and Monty have been practicing getting out of the bag quickly, perhaps OTL should whisper ferretone just before they get the countdown to start. Hope you manage to get some snooze tonight, it's exciting about tomorrow. I wonder if there will be nice things to scoff at the show tomorrow, hope you get some special treats. ReplyDeleteFirst of all, good wishes to anyone for success tomorrow, have a wonderful Ferret Show, lots of prizes and snacks and cuddles and ooohhhhssss and aaaaahhhhhssssss not just to the ferrets but to you and Holly. Looking forward to seeing you all and Margaret can’t wait to find out what ferrets are all about.

I might be in bed by the time you post today Daisy so I'll say congratulations now, you and Holly chops have taught the little furries well. ReplyDeleteWell done to you all, Daisy and Holly were the sweetest of all, so well behaved, Archie you would have been proud of your girl friends, I expect OTL is so busy getting all the celebrations under way to complete his pictures and Daisy so tired after all the hard work that they are probably fast asleep. So pleased with the results, the ferret racing was really funny, they went into long material tubes and were supposed to come out the other end, well that was the theory!!! xx
