The Best Christmas Prezzie!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret back with you again.

We had a bit of fun today, sort of!

It started off with us getting up a whole half of an hours later than normal. Well, there is nothing better than a Sunday Morning lay in!

Although the sun was up earlier than yesterday we still didn't see any glow in the sky. It was just too cloudy and inky black!

There were a few of the woofers out for a run including that yappy little Yorkie we saw yesterday!

He stayed well away from us today!

Flashy, Flashy!

Back home a terrible thing had happened, the vacuum cleaner ceased sucking, wouldn't blow and would only turn the sweeper roller!

Panic, how are we going to sweep up all the crumbs and bits of fluff that get dropped onto the floor?

We dug out the old carpet sweeper but that would only spread the crumbs around refused to collect them in the dust bag. Well it's not really a bag, more like a plastic tray that 'Self Empties' if you don't hold it the right way up!

There was no ready solution except.................buy another one!

So, after some research on the InterNetty Thingy, a new cleaner was identified as a possible replacement to the now defunct thing that was heading towards the dust bin!

This new one was designed to cope with 'Animals'! I suppose that means us Woofers and Ferrets!

Mind you, Holly and I don't moult, unlike the ferrets, they moult twice a year, Spring and Autumn time. However, as Old Two Legs pointed out, we do make a load of crumbs on the carpet, you know, carrot crumbs, woofer biscuit crumbs, Bramble biscuit crumbs and cheese biscuit crumbs. Then of course there is the ferret made crumbs made from Bramble Biscuits, oops! We mentioned them before!

Then there is the Ferret Biscuit crumbs, well the list goes on and on especially when we get onto the crumbs OTL and The Missus make when sitting on the sofa!

Of course, there is the paper bits TM produces when she is chopping up the cardboard that is being made into cards!

Terribly mucky!

So, off to the electrical shop and there, sitting on the shelf was an Animal Vacuum Cleaner!

The girl at the till soon sorted it all out, took the money and said Happy Christmas, to which TM replied, With A Vacuum Cleaner?

You know some TL's are never satisfied!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. Well, on the bright side, at least the vacuum cleaner packed up on a day you could go buy a replacement . . . But on the down side poor OTL had to spend money!!!

Anyway, we can't have you all knee-deep in crumbs can we, else it would have to be renamed the Crumbs-much hols!!! Sorry . . . I'll go now!! Xxx

  2. Yo maties. Well now I can see I OTL should have given me a dingle on the old dog and bone and I would have saved him loads o money. Now wot you do when you've got food crumbs on the sofa and the floor is ........... point them out to your local friendly woofer and watch them suck them up, much better than an electric broomstick you know. Now my mum has 3 of them electric broomsticks, one up stairs, one down stairs and one wot is cordless. She says it saves her having to lug the big ones up and down the stairs and the little lightweight one does for the stairs and in between big hooverings. Mind with me in the house, who needs an electric broomstick, I'm much cheaper to run. I even do bits of dropped cuttings from the crafty makes. Well it's rained here for nearly all day so I'm just going out to cock my leg then straight back in to roll round the carpet and get dry again. I'm glad that hairy little woofer learned his lesson yesterday and didn't bother you today. I'm having an early night again tonight cos I've got an early start in the morning, then guarding again in the afternoon, now I don't know if my mum is going to work until 6 tomorrow evening or if she'll be home earlier, she said I'll have to wait and see, if it's not busy she'll be home early but if it is busy she'll be home late so I've got my paws crossed that she'll be home early. My boy is also working tomorrow and he's got to lock the shop up for Xmas before he can come home so my mum reckons that they might treat themselves to plawn clackers, sounds like a plan to me and then maybe we can leave a plawn clacker for Santa Paws when he calls in. Hope you all have a lovely evening, hope there's some chicken left over for you to have a snackette. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little (I've been a good boy Santa Paws, honest) Arch and the (they've never been good) Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  3. You lot seem to be over sleeping a lot of mornings, it is getting to be a habit or the norm to be out late. We have had plawn clackers tonight with pork balls, chilli beef and garlic plawns, it was lovely. Trevor has been here today and helped eat it including the plawns. So TM has a new vacuum cleaner, isn’t she lucky, what will OTL have to balance things out. Oh no, I hear TM saying that man has everything whereas she is a women of little possessions. Archies mum is so lucky to have a roaming, electricity free vacuum cleaner trouble is it vacuums up everything, good and bad.
Soon be Christmas Eve, have a lovely time and don’t go frightening off Santa Paws with all the barking, your neighbours will be upset if he leaves your end of the road out because the reindeers where scared. 🔔 🔔 🔔 🔔 🔔 🔔 for the four paws AND 🛎 🛎 for the two legs.
