Hello Woofers!
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!
Well, that's another week almost over! Christmas is getting closer and it's getting colder!
We have been looking at the weather forecast and reckon we may even get some snow at some time!
Now, you know how sneaky Old Two Legs can be? Well, he has started again, Holly and I are not happy about being washes shaved and blow dried.
Another thing we don't like is having our claws clipped.
Hate it!
Hate it, Hate it, Hate IT!
So, OTL has been sneaky and every day, just as we have forgotten yesterdays drama, he lifts up one of our paws and SNIP!
A bit of claws goes across the room!
OK, it doesn't hurt but it's the shock of seeing a bit of your paws flying across the room!
Well, over a period of time he has managed to trim my claws, back and front.
Now he is working on Holly's claws and she don't like it a bit and shows off something rotten!
So far he has managed two claws, it's going to be fun when he gets to the dew claw!
Today has been busy, delivering stuff, collecting stuff and running around in circles!
Surprisingly, it has been rather mild. Walking along the sea front it was only the light wind that kept the temperature down but there is some cold heading our way this weekend, well, so the weather man says but down here in the south east we seem to get the best of the weather, so, claws crossed!
Right, we are off to see what's for dinner. As we are on a diet I suppose it will be Doggy Scoff. We haven't had any nibbles at all this week, it can be so hard sometimes!
See you tomorrow, if we survive!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.
Yo maties. Well is that sneaky or wot, fancy tricking a woofer then cutting it's paws so that bits of them go flying across the room. I'm with you and Holly chops, I hate it too. I'm going to get my butt checked on Tuesday so that I don't have an itchy butt over Xmas, I mean, with all the stuff at Xmas a woofer doesn't have time to scratch his butt now does he. My mums put up all the Xmas deccies and lights, it looks like Santa's grotty here. It's been cold here but not quite as cold as yesterday cos there wasn't that very cold wind blowing. Now wot's this with no nibbles, you don't have to be on a diet Daisy, you're skinny. I suppose you're supporting Holly chops, life is hard being a woofer sometimes and it's nearly Xmas, a woofer needs some extra muggings near Xmas with all the extra guarding wot we have to do. I hope you do survive till tomorrow cos I would miss your diary. My mum and my boy are going to have plawn clackers and flied lice tonight, my boy still isn't well so my mum is treating him to cheer him up. Have a good evening all, go tell OTL that it's nearly Xmas and diets usually start in the new year. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteNow I have had a worrying thought...............you have been having your claws snipped so just how are you going to cross them for good weather, we are doomed to bad weather and can only blame “he who clips the claws”, I rest my case. It has been very cold here today, I know because I went to the post office to send off all the Christmas cards and had to drive round until a car moved off then out into the freeze. Also my friend came to lunch and I had to open the front door, I tried to get her to get through the letter box but she was too big, then of course she left and the cold came in again.
ReplyDeleteSomeone I used to work with has knitted her sausage doll and hat with a built in scarf, Poppy she looks awful so I hope she doesn’t look in the mirror. I wouldn’t dare ask her for the pattern!!!!!! xxxxxx
