Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here.
Now, we don't know what it was like where you are this morning but here it was cold enough to freeze the mercury in the thermometer!
Bet you thought we were going to be more 'Rustic' in our description!
Mind you, a quick look at the conditions I might even be tempted especially at minus 5 degrees!
If he thinks I'm sitting down on this grass, he has another think coming! |
Vertical Take Off! |
Now, guess what is coming? |
Get ready for a warm feeling on the tip of your nose! |
Well, I don't fancy touching the thorns or the frost! |
Well, it's better than looking at frost! |
Then he started on how when he was on the road as a salesman, all his records were on paper and the report writing was all on paper as well!
Oh, Happy Days!
The computer is not very well and he is seriously thinking of going over to an Apple Thingy where the system claims to be better protected than the system he is using at the moment!
I can sniff chicken being cooked so we are off to sit at the kitchen door and wait for The Missus to dish it up!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
Ooh, thanks for the lovely shots of the dawn & sunrise. Brrr, freezing here too. Brass monkeys all day & snow is predicted tonight!
ReplyDeleteIn pooter news . . . We've given up with MS Windows & gone over to Linux. X
Wotcha maties. Well my mum agrees with OTL, she says when she worked at the vets, they had a few thousand clients and pets and they all had paper records, she says she could always find a "missing" record by opening her eyes and using her noddle. These days she reckons she loses more stuff wots supposed to be safe on a pewter, I don't know, actually, I don't really care just as long as I get my daily dose of your diary and find out wot you lot down there have been up to. Now if that went missing, I'd be digging holes in the pewter to find you all. Loved all your pictures today, glad to see you've got your flying jackets on to keep you warm. It's been freezing here again, all day and it's getting colder now, my mum reckons she saw a few snowflakes a couple of hours ago but then they went away. Looking at the sky though, it looks like there is a bit snow cloud up there just waiting to start throwing snow down on us. I had my fleece on when I went out, I met Brenda and Milly on their walk and we had a chat, she's got little flashing lights on her coat for when it's dark. I spotted Boris the bounce sitting looking out of his window, me and my mum were chatting with his TL. While we were out we spotted 3 red kites circling looking for some lunch, they were very low, my mum reckoned she could see the whites of their eyes and she said they were looking at me and licking their lips, I stuck very close to my mum and I was glad she had her big stick with her, she'd beat them up if they tried to peck my butt. Well me and my mum have got to get up early tomorrow, I'll be busy guarding the house while she goes to work, I hope there isn't any snow around when I go for my first wee, it's really not nice going out in the pitch black in freezing weather and finding yourself up to your tum in cold wet snow. Enjoy your chicken and stay warm and cosy. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteMichael did a big gasp of breath when I mentioned Apple Computers, he purchased one at great expense and battled with it for over a year before selling it. He hates Windows but he hates Apple plus, plus, plus.
ReplyDeleteLovely pictures today, that sunrise and the frost with thorns wonderful, thank OTL for not forgetting his camera today. If you can't use the computer to write your Diary then OTL is going to need to hand write your stories at your dictation and then personally delivery them. That should keep him busy and fill up his days with all the time saved from using a frustrating computer. It looked very cold this morning and the weather forecast keeps telling us snow is coming, the lastest news from our friend in Crawley is that it is going to snow at 11 pm so Michael has promised to take a photo out of the window at 11pm. So another 35 minutes, watch this space. xxxxxx
