Hi Woofers!
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!
Wot a damp old start to today, even Old Two Legs pulled his wellies on when we went out for our morning walk. There was no sign of the sunrise and there was rain in the air as well, not our favourite!
Back home Holly and I retired to the bedroom and the ferrets were let out for their morning rampage while OTL cleaned the cages.
Now, one of the treats we get in the morning is the 'Teeth Cleaning Chew' which is better than the mouldy old carrot The Missus tries to fob us off with sometimes!
Now, not only does Holly and I love the chews, the ferrets do as well!
They enjoy the bits OTL chops up for them and when they finish, if there is any left, they stash what is left, under their blankets or bed.
Holly does the same thing, she gets a chew runs up to the bedroom and hides it under OTL's pillow.
After that she runs into the office looking for my chew so she can pinch it, but I've hidden it under my bed!
So, while she is searching for my chew, I am in the bedroom searching for her chew and after a while, find it under the pillow!
So, there is Holly chomping away on my chew while I'm chomping away on her chew!
It's at this point that the chews have been demolished and we head off to find our own chews, hidden in our 'special place'.
Well, Jubilation turned into Desolation 'cos we couldn't find our 'well hidden' chews!
At this point we both look at the ferret cages and questioned the ferrets.
Not that it did any good 'cos I wouldn't believe them if they told me I was a woofer!
That was it, the only guilty person was Holly, or if you were Holly, I was the guilty woofer!
So, standing in the corridor, nose to nose, eyeball to eyeball we discussed it further.
.......and that's when the fight started!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.
Yo maties. Well I'm sorry to hear your chews got pinched, now if I get a chew I don't leave it until it's gone cos I don't trust anyone or anything with my scoff. It's been another boring day here with stuff going from one room to the next. Well I've put my paw down and I've refused to move or give up my kingsized bed and them two will have to fight it out about who can sleep in my room on my bed. Bags of stuff has been going out the door today and 2 trips to the town to sell off old dvd's and give clothes and other unwanted items and books to the charity shops, my boy did wonder if my mum was going to donate me cos she said she was taking some of the bags to the Dogs Trust shop over town ............. wot a cheek!! Anyways it looks like clearing has finished for today, tomorrow the pair of them have a trip to the tip planned and another trip to a charity shop, they might run out of charity shops with all these bags if they're not careful. Right I'm off to put my paws up now so have a lovely evening, no fighting and hope you get some more muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little (well fed up) Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteSo where was I yesterday? I don’t know it was when I read todays Diary that I realised that I hadn’t read yesterdays, I don’t understand why!!
ReplyDeleteI think you need to get more crafty when hiding your chew, after all under a pillow is so obvious, first place to look, there must be somewhere better! Love the idea of the ferrets having their rampage around the house, so exciting maybe you can watch them and find somewhere that they can’t get to either then you get two chews, Hollys and yours. xxxxxx
