The new TV is arriving today!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!

Wot a super sunny day today, shame about the freezing north wind that was blasting in from the arctic!

It was OK when we were in amongst the bushes, they sort of protected us from the wind and we took a second look at the yellow flowers.

Old Two Legs doesn't do flowers and stuff like that so, with all the helpful hints we have decided that the plant is called a 'Laburnumjaponicaforsythiahoneysuckle'!

There we go, it's a 'Laburnumjaponicaforsythiahoneysuckle' so everyone is right!
Now, looking through the trees and the bushes we can see that the ivy is creeping up the tree trunks and OTL has just announced that he knows wot all the trees are.............wood!

He is such a wag!

Yeah, OK, so they are made of wood..........and?
OTL saw a pigeon making a nest but we think he may be a bit early, like, there are no leaves on the trees to camouflage him and the nest!

Fine views from the top floor!
The leaves are slowly bursting but the view through the trees is still quite interesting, like, you can see the birds flying through the trees!

OK, who can spot the eagle?
Once again Holly messed up the rabbit hunt, OTL stopped us from racing ahead and slowly crept up the hill until his head poked over the top of the hill. He had a look and spotted a couple of rabbits and was about to point which way we should run to intercept them when Holly rushed past him and went in the wrong direction!

The trouble with Holly Chops is that she is just won't listen to instructions!

I told you to wait didn't I?
I was not a Happy Puppy, I mean for a couple of seconds we could have had a good chance of nabbing a Bunny Tail for breakfast but because of her all we got was out of breath!

I know she is my sister but there are times I wish I was an only pup!
OK, now for the good news, the TV is about an hour away, well that's what the delivery man said who telephoned OTL a couple of minutes ago. Looking at the clock that is about the time we post this blog, so, you will have to wait until tomorrow before we can show off about the wonderful colours and the screen size and just how fast the valves warm up!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret.

  1. You're not kidding about that north wind! The sun was a bit deceiving .. . Luckily I put 2 scarves on . . . DH thought I'd lost the plot . . . But I explained 1 was to keep on and look professional in the office & the other was on top to keep out the cold!

Shame about the rabbits. Better luck tomorrow.

Hope swanky new telly is all you hoped it would be xxx

  2. Yo maties. Well you're right it has been super sunny but oooohhh that cold wind goes right up yer tail. I bet that pigeon felt a draught in his new nest. Well now, this Alexa has been acting up again, my mum told my boy that she keeps messing up and not turning the light on when my mum tells her too. Now me and my boy have decided that the house just isn't big enough for both Alexa and my mum so I suggested we took a vote on which one should stay. Now we listed the pros and cons of both of them in the interests of fairness ......... Alexa don't put scoff on the plate or in my bowl, my mum does, Alexa don't do washing and ironing, my mum does, Alexa don't put scoff in my bowl but my mum does, Alexa don't give me snuggles but my mum does, Alexa don't take me out for a walk but my mum does, Alexa don't put scoff in my bowl but my mum does, Alexa don't take me to the groomers and make me have a bath but my mum does, Alexa don't put scoff in my bowl but my mum does ............. hmmmmm ........ not really much contest, scoff, walkies, snuggles or bath ......I reckon my mum just gets the edge on Alexa so I think I'll work on the bath bit and maybe I might keep my mum if me and my boy decide one of them has to go. It was good when my mum went to work this afternoon, my boy and I had lots of wrestles. Loved all the pictures today, I reckon OTL is right about them trees, he's very clever you know. Shame you missed out on catching the bunny. I hope you got decent scoff even though you didn't take home anything you'd hunted for lunch. I bet OTL fancied a bit of bunny pie. I hope the man turns up soon with the new telly, you'll have to tell us all about it tomorrow. Maybe it will be that good that if you see a bunny on it, Holly chops might have more luck catching it. Paws crossed that you're all happy with the new telly. Hope you all have a lovely evening with plenty of snackettes to munch on while you all inspect the new telly. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch, the Nippers and Alex in the doghouse. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  3. Such beautiful sunshine and such a bitter wind when you got in the wrong direction. I don’t think I will be buying that flower, the garden centre will think I am silly if I tried asking for it. I’ll just ask for a bush with yellow flowers that’s not a rose! Your rabbit hunting is a let down really, maybe you are not a rabbit hunting type of woofer. Good news on the TV, let’s hope the instructions are not written in Japanese or even Chinese, if you are not around tomorrow it will be either too much carrot juice at TMs birthday party or OTL trying to find the TVs on button. xxxxxx
