We name you.........................!

Hi Woofers!

Here we are again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

Seems we have started a ruckus asking for a name for our new team member!

We can't call him after a whisky or Old Two Legs will be trying to drink him!

Cuddles is good but being a rufty tufty ferret, being called cuddles might just get you bullied!

Now, we had an entry from Fi or should that be Fee who for some reason hasn't worked out how to leave a comment on the blog. Auntie Fie, Fi, or Fee suggested Pickles!

Now, we think Pickles is good 'cos it has a hint of trouble mixed with a dash naughtiness!

We asked him if he minded being called Pickles and he said it was a good name for a ferret to have!

So, Hello Pickles!

We were up at the normal time this morning and the sun was up just a tad earlier! OTL took his camera with him and ran off some shots of the sun creeping over the horizon!

This one is the bench next to the tree he likes!

You can sit here and watch the sun come up!
Walking a bit further on he got this one which you can see the the sun has just got over the horizon!

A couple of minutes later the sun blasted across the sea and it got too strong to look at!
It was at lunchtime we set off and today Eric and May came with us. Eric was being a little lazy but Miss May was in her element, sniffing the sniffs and rolling in the freshly cut grass!

Miss May loves going out and even if she has Insulinoma she is making the best of what time she can spend in the fresh air!

Because the ferrets were with us, OTL didn't take the camera in the afternoon. We met a few woofers, so OTL took the camera phone but still didn't take any more pictures.

OTL has been busy all afternoon, more manufacturing and working!

Today it is Doggy Scoff and we leave it alone until we have exhausted all options of pinching food from OTL!

See you tomorrow and Pickles says Thanks for The Name!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

  1. Yo maties. Loved the photos today, very moody. Good to hear Miss May is enjoying her walks but seems like Eric is being a bit of a wimp sitting in the bag. Glad you managed to find a name for pickles, I mean a chap has to have a name. Sorry to hear about the doggie scoff, that's not so good. I was a bit cheesed off because I didn't bump into any of my woofer mates on my walk this morning but maybe they'll be out and about tomorrow. I've been a bit busy today, doing some guarding while my mum took my boy to the doctors, he's got to go and see a honcho because it seems his latest test shows he has a bit of thyroid trouble. I'm keeping my paws crossed that he get sorted soon cos I do like having a wrestle with him. I'm off to have a fight with him now cos he's just come home from work so have a lovely evening all and I hope there's some good pickings when OTL gets his scoff. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  3. A bit colder today but still a bit sunny until it rained about 5o’clock, now nobody mentioned Pickles in their comments but a very good choice and Phil approves. The bench scene is very nice and a bit arty, another one that would make a good picture. More doggie scoff, dearie me after all the OTL looking after you did at the weekend. On Tuesday evenings I have to count up the scores on Michael’s Facebook Camera group competition and declare the winner, all right this week but last Wednesday I remembered that I had forgotten that it had been Tuesday!! The themes have already been suggested and lay in a green bin until time to choose, this coming week is Tracks so could be rail tracks, grooves left in the field by tractors, surface of a record even your paw prints, they call it Thinking outside the Box. xxxxxx
