Guarding is such a hard job!

Hi Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret and Little Pickles!

You know, we just can't get any more woofers 'cos we are running out of space !

It's been one of those days when Old Two Legs has left us to guard Godwin Towers all on our own. It's no good asking The Missus to help 'cos all she is doing is craft stuff and watching TV to see if they use her cards on the crafty channels!

Boring or wot?

Today it has been wet and windy and windy and wet!

We did manage to get May and Eric out at lunchtime but even May had to get back into the ferret bag a couple of times on the walk around the estate!

OTL has been busy manufacturing and he had to go out and leave us all alone!

Holly and I sat at the window watching and making sure no one tried to get in. Then we found out that the water pressure was right down, seems there was a leak in the pipes just outside the village and as well as loads of water, there was also loads of stones and soil and muddy water cascading down into the village!

It was late afternoon by the time OTL got back and it was straight in and back to manufacturing again, totally ignoring us woofers!

So, that was it, we had nothing to do but stretch out on our beds and watch him work.

It's a hard life!

We are off now to see what we can mug tonight, I mean, all this guarding makes a woofer hungry!

See you tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret and Little Pickles!

  1. Yo maties. Well I didn't have to do much guarding today, my mum put me in my sentry box while she ran up the road to the shops but my boy came down and sprang me from clink. I've had quite a good day, I went for a walk, I got treats and Richard who is the manager was scratching my back and tum. I don't know where my woofer mates were though cos I didn't see any today, I reckon they must be staying indoors while it's cold, windy and rainy. I've had a fair few wrestles with my boy and lots of cuddles with my mum so all in all I can't complain. Glad Eric and May got a bit of fresh air but sorry it wasn't nice and warm and dry for them. My mum was watching telly and she was telling my boy when Mrs TM's cards were being shown. Shame poor OTL had to work so hard and missed seeing the cards on the telly, tell him my mum has recorded it so he can see them if he calls in the next time you go by on your way north. I hope they've fixed the leaky pipe down the village. Maybe you and Holly chops should go down there and volunteer to dig a hole for them. Hope you get decent scoff today for all the guarding you've done. A woofers work is never done. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
