Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here again.
We like Saturdays, extra half an hour in bed snoozing our heads off. Well, normally we would have but today is also Glue Slapping Day at the village hall so that means The Missus is bashing boxes and stomping up and down stairs, lights going on and off and Old Two Legs snoring!
we did manage to get out about twenty minutes earlier than normal so that means we got to see the glow in the sky!
Well, the glow was there but the sun was well up in the sky! |
Half way through the morning the ran came but it cleared up as we got close to lunch time.
When we got to the football field the 'Friends of Grain' were out litter collecting and we got to say hello and get out ears tickled!
We are good girls, we get OTL to pick up our poo! |
Look! There's a bit over there! |
Is that one over there? |
It's a bit far out, so OTL has done some fiddly diddly on the computer and......... |
Fiddly diddly done and it's just a case of waiting for the tide to come back in! |
Wonder what's for dinner tonight?
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
Yo maties. Well first thing this morning it was very sunny here but then the rain came, it's been quite cloudy with some showers and I reckon it's not looking too good for this evening. My boy has just gone off to work so he can lock up the shop so I hope he doesn't get rained on when he comes home. I had a nice snooze with my mum when she came home from work this morning and tomorrow we can have a lay in. Good pictures today, I bet they found lots of litter to fill their sacks when they were out picking up. Shame that boat isn't going anywhere until the tide comes back in. Hope poor OTL didn't have to work too hard today. I've been chasing squirrels out in the garden and I saw 2 squirrels up a tree and they were playing piggyback, or one had hurt it's leg and the other one was giving it a lift home ....... hmmm, not sure which. Hope Mrs TM had a good day glue slapping and I hope you've got something nice for dinner tonight. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeletePriorities first, I hope your dinner was good. Good to see the litter pickers out but such a pity that they are needed. We only had a few spots of rain today, it showed up on the dustbin lid otherwise I wouldn’t have know then this afternoon we went for a walk around the local park and stopped for a cup of tea. We were pleased that we had got out, lots of woofers out wearing their best harnesses and leads, very fetching. Glad you managed to snooze while OTL manufactured and TM had a good glue slapping session. Chinese Grand Prix tomorrow so you will be able to cheer them on. xxxxxx
