Another one of those very busy days. First of all, it's Eric de Ferret's official birthday today!
We have been discussing his exact birth date and it ranges from 30th May up to 1st of June, so, we have settled on the 30th May so that if it is the 1st then he will get his birthday song a couple of days early!
OK, all together, after the count of twenty seven....................nine, fourteen, twenty seven!

There you go and he is all of three years old now and is just as much a terror as when he first arrived here!
It took a little while to settle down with Miss May cos she missed her sister but now they always seem to be cuddled up together and you can thank OTL for that cos he spent time with them both and made sure May didn't try to nip Eric too much!
Eric came out with us this morning while May stayed in bed for a snooze but she was all up and dancing about when we came back and was rattling the cage door to be let out for a rampage and some breakfast!
OTL took the car down for an MOT but it failed, seems that one of the front springs was busted and the shock absorber was in need of replacement so he had to go down to the main dealer to get an appointment and for them to check they had the correct springs in stock!
So, no time for any pictures today, especially as at one time OTL was swinging from the gutter cleaning all the moss out!
Dinner is on it's way so we will make it a quick one today cos we are expecting some beef tonight as a special treat for Eric!

Hope little Eric has a very happy birthday and I hope Miss May didn't give him any nips today. Now I'm in the doghouse right at this very moment, I've just been in the garden where my mum planted up some of her tubs and she said that I mustn't eat her new flowers cos they're not salad. So I didn't eat her new flowers yet but I spied a bunch of weed, now you know me, helpful to the last, I picked up a mouthful of weed and ate it, so now I'm in trouble cos she thinks I might give myself a grumbly tum but on the other paw, I'm saving the pretty flowers for tomorrow for afters. Now me and my boy stayed home while my mum went flower shopping and my boy told her I was a good boy, but do you know, she didn't believe either of us........... I mean, as if we would be naughty when she who must be obeyed wasn't at home. Sorry to hear that OTL's car didn't pass its test, hope he can get the right spring and doesn't get too much of a shock when he has his shock mended. You and Holly need to go with him when he has to pay the bill, that way you can growl at the garage chaps so they know not to mess with you and over charge OTL. Now wot's this about swinging from the guttering, I don't think my mum would let me or my boy climb up and swing from the gutters, mind, I don't think I'd want to be up that high. They can last more than a day.
It seems that OTL wasn’t having a good day, I suppose it was good that it wasn’t his birthday, just the garage and main dealer. Archie seems to think that flowers are his birthday present and that his mum bought some for him. So far he only ate the weeds and I hope that they don’t upset him like he upset them by eating them, silly boy.
Friday tomorrow, there used to be an advert Thank Crunchie, it’s Friday and I like Crunchies, not just for my birthday. Have a lovely day xxxxxx
