Blue Sky's Again!

Hi Woofers!

We are back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

Well, today it has all been better, the rain only came out last night but the blue sky was up in the sky for most of the day!

The grass was wet, we know that 'cos Old Two Legs was moaning about the amount of water that was leaking into his welly!

We reckon that he may buy a new pair when he is away on  holiday!

Walking across the football field Holly was brought to a stop by a voice telling her to watch where she was going!

It took a couple of moments to find out the source!

Oi! Watch where you are sticking your paws!
It was Sid the Streak, our local long distance Marathon Runner!

Sid was out for his morning race around the field before all the other woofers came out for a walk!

You just can't get a good jog in nowadays!
One of the good things was that Holly was out hunting the fox sniffs we missed yesterday. I mean, we can't have us missing the sniff that Old Two Legs managed to find yesterday!

The only problem was, no fox!

Here Foxy!
The sun was out at lunchtime so OTL decided to invite Monty and Wendy to come out with us. Of course, with OTL holding onto there leads didn't have room for the camera but both ferrets enjoyed a walk through the grass and flowers, sniffing the sniffs!

Now the rain is heading north we are expecting some sunny weather, mind you, next week we are heading north, let's hope the rain keeps going further north!

You can tell we are getting close to holiday time, The Missus has had her hair cut and OTL has been looking at his camera gear and trying to decide what gear to take!

Holly and I have been making a list of stuff we want to take away with us, like nibbles and rubber balls and cushions and our rain coats. Well you never know, it may rain!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

  1. Yo maties. Well the blue sky hasn't quite reached here yet, we've had grey skies though and only the smallest amount of rain this morning so it's improving. Now last night I went out for my last wee and who should I bump into but one of our little froggies. Well he was raring to go for a game of sniff and whizz, he was a really good little jumper too, I had lots of fun, mind, my mum was doing her nut on the doorstep cos it was hammering down and I wouldn't come in and then I forgot to do my wee by the time I could hear my mum threatening me with allsorts. Just as my mum got comfie and was about to drift off I realised I needed a wee. Down we came and I was told that if I didn't go straight out and wee and come straight back I was going to be left out in the garden all night. Well, as you know I have a short attention span when it comes to wot my mum tells me. I went straight off to look for my froggie friend again when I heard the back door shut ..........eeeekkk, so I decided I better go and wee. My mum has put some pictures of me on faceache having my teef cleaned. Tomorrow I'm off to the vets to get my yearly stabbing. Loved the pictures of you and Holly chops out and the picture of Sid. We had loads of snails in our garden today, I reckon it must have been a family day out. Tell OTL to line his wellies with carrier bags then he won't have to spend his hard earned on a new pair. Glad to hear that Wendy and Monty managed a nice walk out today. Don't forget to get all your stuff packed before Mrs TM takes up all the room. Have a lovely evening all, hope you get some nice snackettes. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. When in doubt as to what to take on hoiday then take the lot, much better than having to drive all the way back for the forgotten thingamergig or oojermerflip, TM won't notice an extra little piece of camera equipment while she is trying to stash that extra bit of card gear in a cubby hole. Sorry I haven't been commenting these last days things have over taken me but I am trying to get up my finger work aligned with my head. Nothing serious wise but enough, I promise to be here tomorrow. XX So glad Sid called loud enough for you to hear him and hair cuts and car servicing and washing even if you got an extra help from nature yesterday. We went out on a Group outing yesterday and Michael could come as well so we dined in Morrisons, Sheerness, oh he knows how to please a woman, still I didn't have to cook dinner and we visited a little old Sherness Dockyard house and Minster Abbey, had a lovely day, it stayed dry until we needed our passports to recross Sheppey Bridge then it just rained and rained. Does OTL have a Welly Boot Fund, he seems to get through loads of them,if he just wears plastic socks his feet will stay dry. xxxxxx
