Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret again!
Here we are, getting all excited and looking forward to the wet of Scotland! Mind you, if we get lucky we will arrive on the back of the storm clouds and ride into the camp site on a wave of sunshine!
This morning we headed for the sea shore for our normal walk, out of the car we get and have a good sniff across the football field.
As we walked around the corner we bumped into a monster woofer the size of a horse!
It was enormous, I mean it was big, ugly and slobbering all over the place!
OTL managed to get in between this monster me and I ran off a bit to get away. Then this thing took a fancy to Holly and lolloped over to have a sniff but OTL, after taking a picture, just for the record, he managed to get this thing's attention and allowed Holly to get past and off she went like the woofer was after her!

Hey! He called, 'Bear' come here!
Of course this monster took no notice of his TL and kept sniffing OTL!
Then, having got bored, he lolloped off!
We have never seen them before and we will be watching out for them!
As we carried on the rain started and it got worse and worse and before long it was enough to wash off all the slobber that monster had left on OTL's jacket!

Lunchtime the rain eased off enough for us to get out again and the flowers opened up across the field, looked right pretty!

Who knows, we may find the Wild Haggis Eating Gnasher Moth!
Now, we reckon that getting stabbed is something to make a fuss about, I mean, If you yelp and moan in a pained way you get even more nibbles and cuddles! Archie Babe has just got to get crafty!

Yo maties. Well it's been a horrible day here, it's rained pretty much all day so I refused to go on my walk, cos as you know I don't do WET! My mum has shoved me out the door to do a wee but I don't like it so I stay well away from the back door. Me and my boy had a good time when my mum went shopping, we played wrestling and chasing all round the living room, we both got a telling off when she came home though cos all the throws were out of place and my toys were all over the floor, I told her the truth though, I told her my boy was throwing them to try to get me to chase them and then get me in trouble. Now I don't like the look of that monster woofer and I would have to stand on OTL's shoulders and tell it to woof off and leave my little mates alone. I don't slobber, can't understand these woofers that have to slobber all over everywhere, yuk, yuk, yuk. Now is OTL taking his traps so he can bring home some new pets? I hope those traps don't take up valuable space in the car or he might leave your scoff behind. Don't worry girls, I get plenty of nibbles at the vets, they've got some hypoallergenic treats wot I'm allowed to have and also my mum makes sure she takes plenty of treats for me. That might be one reason why I don't mind going cos of all the treats I get, I just stand on the table, nose down, tail up and scoff the treats that are put out for me and I really don't notice wot they're doing to me, mind you, I am a brave little soldier anyway. I'll make sure I listen out for your car singing songs so that when you pass by on the motorway I can wave my paw and send you kisses when you go on your holibobs. Hope you all have a very safe and pleasant journey with no hold ups when you go. Have a lovely evening all, hope there are some really good muggings. ReplyDeleteThat monster certainly was a monster, either that or OTLs new lens is working really well so when you post pictures of Scottish Highland Moocow Moths that are this big, we won’t believe you. All exciting stuff sneaking all these treats into all the little corners in the caravan, just remember where you have hidden them, no doubt TM will be using some of them in her Creations. How about her making Woofer Birthday Cards that are edible? That would please one little chap, not getting into trouble for eating a birthday card! Enjoy your local beach over the weekend, leave a few markers in case those Monsters think of taking it over while you are away. 💕 💕 💕

Blimey . . . OTL doesn't believe in packing light does he? Moth traps? Whoever heard of them being taken on holiday! Hee hee hee!
