Brrm, Brrm!

Hello Woofers!

Back again, Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here again!

Missed us yesterday?

Well, we got a good excuse, it was Old Two Legs fault!

Getting close to the end of the financial year, OTL reckons he can reduce his tax bill by loosing some profit and rather than pay out a bonus to himself and have to pay tax on top of that, instead he decided to renew the Godmobile which in a few days, comes up to being three years old!

So, off he went, leaving us at home to guard the garden against birds and butterflies!

He went around several of the dealers in our area and had 'meaningful discussions' with all of them looking to get a good deal on part exchanging our old car.

Well, he said that there were some very silly offers and some down right crooked offers!

It was only when he went back to a dealer he had used before, having purchased a van and two other cars from before that he got what he called a 'sensible deal'!

So, Monday, midday we go down to the dealer and pick up the new car and Bye Bye to the old one!

....and only 51 miles on the clock!
Holly and I reckon we deserve a new bed in the back to go with the new car!

Today it has been very warm and OTL has been out with the camera again and  hunting Moths and Butterflies.

This is a Comma Butterfly
This one we believe is a Daytime Flying Moth.

A Common Heath Moth.
Of course there is always the Odd Ball Low flying Mothy Woofer!

Common Day Sleeping Woofer Holly Moth?
We met up with a newish woofer, we couldn't remember his name but he has to stay on the lead 'cos he has a bad heart and loves chasing rabbits, neither of which just don't mix!

I'd just love to bite a rabbits bum every now and again, just for fun of course!
Then of course you have the ultimate Flying Moth Dog, Me!

and I love rabbit chasing as well!
So, good fun this week and this afternoon OTL has been playing on the computer trying to set up the new HMRC VAT MTD which is a new way of paying the VAT!

OTL don't like the HMRC web site, he reckons it is ideal for government departments to make it difficult for mortals like OTL!

Still, he thinks it has now been registered and we await confirmation from HMRC in the next 72 hours!

Watch this space!

See you all tomorrow.

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!

  1. I did worry that OTL might have got involved in those sailor beans but then TM hasn’t reported any problems so I guessed he just dozed off with the keyboard under his chin so you couldn’t get a look in. A nice shiny new car oh wow, are dog beds tax deductible when said dogs are unpaid members of the security force? Lovely pictures today again, so much beauty to be seen but I can’t say I have heard of Odd Ball Low Flying Mothy Woofer or the Ultimate Flying Moth Dog but they do look very pretty and gorgeous ❣ ❣. Fish day tomorrow we are off to see Daisy Girl in a school production of Charlie and the Chocolate Factory and are getting Chicken Nuggets so hope you get something nice. xxxxxx

  2. Yo maties. Well talk about great minds thinking alike, I thought OTL had had them there navy beans and they had a bit too much fibre and he was locked in the loo. Glad to hear that's not the case cos you can get a bit of a sore butt with too much fibre. And another thing me and Mrs Sue agree on is that OTL should be claiming for guard woofers, surely their upkeep must be tax deductible. Now I liked the pictures today, now my favourite moths were the Low flying mothy woofer and the ultimate flying moth woofer, both super pics. My mum had trout last night so you could say the old trout had a trout, then she had a strawberry smoothie, now that sniffed delicious but I never even got a look in. That new car looks very nice and I hope you find it very comfortable to ride in. I reckon a couple of nice new comfie beds in the back should go down very nice. Is Mrs TM going to tart it up with a bit of glitter?
Wot a shame that little woofer can't chase the bunnies, I have to stay on the lead cos I just run off and then I'd get lost and then I'd be very sad cos I couldn't find my mum. I've only managed to snag a couple of leaves from my favourite plant yesterday and today, my mum is like hawkeye watching me all the time. It's been very warm here the last couple of days but there might be a bit of rain tonight, I don't mind cos I'll be snoozing inside so I won't get wet. Right I'm off to get some scoff cos it's early bedtime tonight. Have a lovely evening all and hope you managed to snag some muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers. xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  3. What lovely pictures of you and Holly and the local wildlife today!

    Nice new motor then! Lovely!

Tell OTL not to let The Tax Man (TTM) get him down. Good idea to spend some of his hard earned cash so that TTM doesn't get it instead.

Hugs to all from a very humid South Coast xxx
