Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here!
Well, these sneaky bunch of Two Legs have done it again! Holly and I got left guarding the house while the TL's went charging off in the big car to the Kent County Show!
Mind you, it was hot today and as Old Two Legs said, it was too hot for woofers!
Mind you, there was a big swimming pool where woofers can jump in and fetch a ball and get soaking wet at the same time! I have seen the pool and I might just be a little scared of jumping in, so maybe it was a good idea to stay at home!
The back door was open and Holly and I could go out for a wee and a sniff around the garden and just occasionally we had a woof at the local woofers and set them going while Holly and I stayed silent and the laughed our tails off when they got told off for woofing!
Holly and I spent time in the garden sun bathing and not forgetting to slap the Factor Thirty Five on good and thick!
While they were up at the show, OTL found a stall with loads of notices about drinking and grandchildren, all sort of half jokey!
Well he found this one and it is to get nailed to the door of the office!
........and of course the same applies to Woofers! |
Talking of digits, we had a look at some of the photos OTL took and while some were a bit boring, we managed to swipe some to show you.
First there is Uncle Alun being rude from the comfort of his electric buggy thing he hired for the day!
Naughty Nunki! |
Wake me when it's cooler! |
Not sure what is for dinner tonight but Holly and I have been sniffing the fridge door while they have all been out today and we reckon there is still some nosh to be had!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret!
Yo Maties, well wot are they up to? Fancy leaving you home alone 2 days running, I hope they've got you some decent treats to pay you back for all the guarding you're doing. Nice sign, hope OTL manages to nail it up without hitting his thumb otherwise he'll be feeling very sorry for himself. Nice picures, those ferrets know how to spend the day. It's been very warm again here today but it has been cloudy. I'm not sure how much more of this heat I can stand, my mum put a wet towel down for me last night but as I was telling her, I DON'T DO WET!!!!!! It was still very warm when we got up for work this morning. My mouth is feeling a lot better but I'm not over pleased with my mum washing my lips and chin 2x a day. We've all got a lay in planned tomorrow cos my boy is off work and me and my mum don't have to get up early for work either so bring on the zzzzz's. Hope there's some delicious scoff hiding in the fridge for you. I like your style, getting all the local woofers to bark and then sit and listen to them getting told off, sometimes I do that but not very often cos I can't be bothered to woof very much. I do tell the squirrels and the magpies to woof off though. Hope you all have a lovely evening and enjoy the muggings. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little (hot dog) Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteWell, of COURSE OTL had to buy that ferret sign. It was MADE for him! Just need one for woofers now!
ReplyDeleteGlad the TLs all had a good time . . . and that you and Holly played the local woofers up a treat!
Happy muggins. xxx
So two days home alone with all the responsibilities of looking after home and ferrets, 4 ferrets even! Shame you couldn't go but OTL is a kind TL and if he thought it was too warm then he would be right. Did they all have a sit and ride around on Uncle Aluns charriot, we hired one in Epcot Florida, very useful for carrying all our stuff around and being as we were there from about 10 am until after the New Years Eve fireworks exceedingly useful. People with them and their friends/family got a front line area to watch the fireworks as well. The Ferret sign was a must have but you do need one with woofer on. Fancy you inciting all the local woofers to bark at you and then pretend you were all innocent while they were told off, he he. xx Monday tomorrow, back to normal, I hope OTL finds somewhere nice to take you to make up for missing out. Archies mum has some very pretty flowers, I just hope they are too big now to interest Archie. We had a lovely weekend but today (Sunday) it rained over night and we had cloud and a fine drizzle earlier so we came home after lunch, such a pity. A beautiful camp site planted out with roses and big daisies and Pimms and strawberries in the Saturday sunshine. Oh well, put out the bins and drink tea tomorrow. xxxxxx
