Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret back with you again!
It seems that Miss Wendy has a new game to play on Old Two Legs. This morning, around three thirty, The Missus woke OTL saying that there was screaming coming from the ferrets. So, bouncing off the walls and doors, OTL sleep walking into the office, OTL expected to find two fighting ferrets ripping the legs off each other.
He switched the light on and looked into the cage to find on the ground floor, fast asleep on the hammock, Miss Wendy was gently snoozing.
On the top floor, tucked up inside one of the cuddle cups was Eric, paws in the air, snoring his tail off!
So, who was screaming? Was TM dreaming? Had the ferrets played a sneaky trick on poor OTL?
Answers on a ten pound note please!
Eric came out with us first thing and enjoyed a super walk along the Seashore but he still kept asking for a lift. He really wanted to see what was ahead and behind in case there were any woofers creeping up behind!

Holly and I had a good run around and just for a change we went down the big hill and into the woods.

Mind you, we don't get our butts inspected!
Saying that, there are times when we get a butt wash 'cos we sometimes get a Grumbly Tum, but that's another story!

Yo maties. Well I reckon it's Mrs TM who's having a joke with OTL. She just wants him to get out of bed so she can grab more of his side, I know these sneaky tricks them wimmin play on us chaps. Sounds like you're almost there with getting Wendy and Eric to be friends. Smashing pictures today again. I went for an early walk and bumped into Brenda and Millie again, so we walked along together, it's surprising how many TL's stop to chat to us. I can't have a teef cleaning chew every day cos of my tum so I only get one once in a while otherwise I get the grumblies. Mind I do have my teef cleaned at the groomers and my mum gives them a brush every few days but the ones right at the back are hard to clean cos I don't open my mouth wide enough and then I chew the brush. My mum has been giving me short rations today and nothing I can do gets her to give me a pre scoff snack. I'm wasting away here. I'm up early again tomorrow but I'll catch up on my zzz's when my mum comes home, we'll have an early siesta. I better go and lurk in the kitchen and remind my mum it's my scoff time. ReplyDeleteI think Miss May and young Eric are in collusion to make noises to disturb everyone in the middle of the night, little terrors. OTL will have to set up his night camera to spy on the cage as it would show just what happens. Could be Archies Nargles who are doing it, have you thought of that?
