Daisy, Holly, Miss May, Miss Wendy, Eric de Ferret and Monty de Ferret here at last!
I do love the summer time, good warm weather and places to snooze in that are normally covered in mud!
Like yesterday it was just super having a bask in the sun, in front of the shed, in the warm rays of the sun.
That was until the ants came out and started to crawl all through our hair!
It was a good job that Old Two Legs gave us a good rub down before we went back in doors and up to his office!
Of course, we couldn't be too sure all the ants had gone but I daresay that The Missus flying around on her jet powered vacuum cleaner might get any of the stragglers!
Still, it was good and sunny and a day just meant for snoozing!

TM got herself a new iPlod to match OTL's and the pair of them have been playing with them, trying to make them do wot they want do, with only a small success!
Remember, if all else fails 'RTFM'!
Only there were no manuals in the box!
When we finally got out the clouds were low and half promising some rain but lucky enough it stayed away all day.
Mind you, it was a little dramatic!

We are in to see the vet next Wednesday, Miss May for her tail and Holly and I to get our yearly stab!
You know, ferrets seem to sleep around eighteen hours a day and it is not unusual to find a ferret curled up under the sofa or even on my bed!

Yo maties, well I did miss you yesterday, I wondered where you was. Now tell OTL and Mrs TM that they mustn't go shopping when it's diary time, it's just not allowed. Well I was taken to the groomers yesterday where I was nearly drowned and almost skinned alive. My mum has put a couple of videos on faceache of me when I got back wot I'm not really happy about, I mean, a chap has his pride you know. We've had a lazy day cos we was up at the crack of dawn. My mum was just chewing a sweetie in the kitchen when she suddenly realised she was chewing on something very hard, it was a big filling wots come out so she'll have to see the dentist, well she was going anyway in a couple of weeks, so now she'll have an even bigger bill to pay. Cos naturally I was very sympathetic. Daisy run and hide if you see OTL getting the grooming stuff ready, hide in the back of the shed behind the ants. They're annoying when you're trying to catch a few rays and they start marching over you.
ReplyDeleteglad to hear Miss Mays tail is improving and hopefully she won't have to have too much done at the vets with it. Don't worry about being stabbed Daisy, it will stop you getting ill and it's only a little prick, I've had so many I mostly don't feel them anymore. That Monty is a cheeky chap, does he let you snooze in his bed? Smashing pictures today. Now these iplod thingumys, can OTL download a manual from the internetty? Well I better go and find some scoff before I waste away. Have a lovely evening all and hope you get some decent muggings. Yes like Archie I missed you yesterday but what a beauty of a view you gave us to make up for it. So TM playing with a new Iplod, I hope they were civil to it when it wouldn’t obey instructions, I know what they are like! Boom boom. Glad Miss Mays’ tail is improving, Hope when you go for your annual stabbing the vet is completely pleased with her. Those little ants get everywhere and OTL doesn’t want them in his office and the ferrets don’t want them, poor things to not be wanted, now something must want them other than flies to eat them. This weekend the weather looks good so maybe the pond will be the gainer while you keep your coats, didn’t Holly have a shawn the sheep day only recently I seem to remember you missing out. TM looks set for another glue slapping masterpiece, we are off to help the little train in Mote Park on Sunday. Daisy Girl has gone home now, spent a lot of time on her tablet and new phone which she has ready for new school in September. She walked around the house doing a guided tour for her friend Keelie, these are the stairs, this is the bathroom etc. etc. and showed her the cake we made and the garden, maybe she will be an Estate Agent one day! Keep your noses out of the pond tomorrow we don’t want any falling in, not even OTL. xxxxxx
