It's McDaisy, MacHolly, McWendy and Eric de MacFerret here!
Well, it's still raining in between the sun shine! We've been out down the beach and this morning Eric de MacFerret came with us for our stroll along the beach.
As we were heading back along the beach Old Two Legs got chatting with another pair of Two Legs who reckon they had seen an otter swimming down the stream not more than ten minutes ago! That was in, we got dumped into the caravan together with Eric and off went OTL with the camera, hunting otter!
Holly and I settled down for a snooze but were awoken by a 'Catish' sound from underneath the caravan. As Holly says, 'we're not having any sniffy cats under our van'!
We set up a super big woofing howl that shook the caravan and woke everyone up!
The Missus stopped her experimenting with manufacturing some gold powder made using dried egg yoke and powdered sand, stormed into the van and told us off!
Holly wasn't happy with us being told off and said that TM should get back to her alchemy and leave us to guard the van against smelly cats!
TM pulled the blinds down and warned us against any more noise!
OTL will sort her out when he gets back! |
No Otters here! |
He is just a big scaredecat!
Still if the cats return we could sneak out and chase the tails off the pair of them!
See you tomorrow!
Luv,
McDaisy, MacHolly, McWendy and Eric de MacFerret!
Smelly cats and vanishing otters . . . it's all happening where you are isn't it!? Let's hope the cow jumps over the Milky Way tonight!
ReplyDeleteRotten weather down south today . . . managed to stay dry tho!

Yo Mcmaties. Well now, Mrs TM needs a telling off, fancy telling you off for warning her there was a cat under the caravan, I mean, it might have been after her gold powder stuff and there was you and Holly chops not just telling her it was there but scaring it away as well, now that's gratitude for you. And as for OTL not telling her off for telling you off for doing your job .............. well, words fail me. See now it might not have been a cat, it might have been the otter hiding from OTL. It must have rained a lot here during the night cos there was deep puddles everywhere this morning, mind it was still raining, it's rained on and off most of the day but in between it's been very sunny. My mum went to town to get a new printer during one of the dry spells but when she came out of the shop it was hammering down and she arrived home with a very wet butt. I went out for a walk this afternoon cos it stopped for a couple of hours so it was safe for me to venture out. This morning I was standing in the back doorway watching it pour down and my mum was in the garden telling me it was only a little bit of rain, well I laughed at her then turned round and went back in to keep dry. Love the picture of you and Holly chops putting your paws up and leaving the guarding to Mrs TM, you girls should go on strike you know. Glad Eric managed to get out to stretch his legs. There seems to plenty of gulls around, you could chase them tomorrow for a bit of fun. Have lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags and sniffs from little Arch and the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
ReplyDeleteMaybe the cats were after the Milky Way, you hadn't thought of that, had you??? You are not having much luck with no Milky Way or Otters but cloud and wet in vast amounts. We had rain today but I stayed dry by taking notice of the weather thingy on Michaels phone when I went shopping. I don't think OTL will sort TM out, he has too much to loose, you must take charge of the situation, still after all the noise you made any wise cat or mouse would stay miles away. Just as long as TM doesn't get her alchemy mixed with her cookery you should be sort of safe especially if your food comes out of a safe tin. xxxxxx
