Roof Top Fun!

Hello Woofers,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

It has been another one of those damp, dark and drizzly days. If it were not for the need of a wee and a poo I might have turned around and gone back home!

It was dark this morning and there was a horrible wind blowing, there was no sign of any other woofers, not even a wee sniff!

Back home Old Two Legs was rushing around cleaning the ferret cages and replenishing the food bowl. There was time for a little game but soon OTL was saying 'Bye Bye' to us all as he headed out the door.

It seems that his expertise was needed regarding some of the stuff he sells. It was wet and rainy and there was OTL standing on top of the roof of a big academy lecturing about communication coverage while the wind was blowing rain through his woolly hat!!

I'm glad he knows what he is talking about 'cos I don't understand a word he says!

It was lunchtime before he got back and he said he was not only cold but wet as well!

Again, down on the sea wall there were no woofers and the wind was blowing even harder than this morning. It was definitely a case of 'Get it done and Home!'

Not satisfied with that, it wasn't long before they were off again to the village hall to vote, well it made a change from scattering glitter all over the place!

Eric and Wendy have been having a great time rampaging around the house. They are having so much fun together they are even both getting under the sofa and having a cuddle!

It's good to see them together, better than fighting!

Friday tomorrow and we will all be getting ready for the weekend, shame there is no F1 racing but Holly and I might mark out our own race track around the lounge and challenge the ferrets to a race!

See you tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret!

  1. Yo maties. Well it was cold being on the ground let alone on a roof, poor OTL. Good to hear the ferrets are enjoying playing with each other now. It's been freezing here & raining. My boy voted on his way home from work & my mum posts her vote cos she says none of them are worth going out for. All I know is if they knock on my door & disturb my snooze I might just have to bite them then that'll be another trip to the vet for treatment for food poisoning. I don't like going out in this weather but my mum says I've been very naughty today cos I wouldn't come in when she said & I was trying to get my muzzle off. Good idea to make a racetrack in the living room. Hope you all have a lovely evening. Love, licks, wags & sniffs from little Arch & the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. What is this about sending OTL up on a roof in the cold and rain, poor lad, I hope he had a safety harness on and his students were getting wet as well! I went out in the rain and came back in it but Michael chauffeured me for my Christmas meal and it was lovely, Breaded Prawns with Garlic Mayonnaise, Beef strips with Red Wine followed by Baileys Liqueur poured over Chocolate Ice cream and topped with crumbled Amaretto Biscuit. Michael had a Ready Meal “Corned Beef Hash with miniature Roast Potatoes”, I felt a bit guilty, only a bit.
Eric and Wendy are having a great time, at last, I didn’t think the day would ever come. There is not much daytime now so you need to be quick if you are looking to find any. Have a grand old Friday, maybe you can find an old film to watch and munch to xxxxxx
