We're Back!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here at last!

I mean, just how long does it take to make a computer work again! You would have thought that with the computers getting so clever nowadays that they would be able to mend themselves!

Well, the computers in this kennel seem to be the sort that get sick and then refuse to get better!

However, I can report, Old Two Legs put another shilling in the meter and, hey presto, it all works again!

So, before it gets sick again, let me tell you what has happened today!

We were out before the crack of dawn, in fact it was dark all the way around our walk but at the end we spotted a cat, well, it was a Grain Rock with a cat on it!

Rocky Cat!
OTL went off for his Anti Flu Jab and came back whimpering and moaning cos they stabbed him with a blunt needle!

We managed to mop up his tears and wipe his nose!

There is some rain coming!
The lunchtime walk was OK, there was the few weekend walkers and a couple of woofers we knew but the sky looked really dismal!

Going through the forest we noticed that other than a couple of leaves, the trees were void of foliage.

Winter is here!
We took the Cat Rock back and installed it in a new place, it will be interesting to see how long it will be before it's 'Found'.

On our way out we asked if Eric and Wendy wanted to come and as both were awake there was a mad scramble to get their harnesses on!

We dropped into the village hall to say hello and we let the ferrets go rather than Holly and I, well, I mean, who wants to get covered with glitter!

There was Rosie and loads of other Two Legs including Rockies mum Christina who told OTL that Rocky still hadn't improved with his manners and she was still getting nipped!

Me? A Hooligan? Never!
Both ferrets had a run and even a run on the beach although most of the time they just wanted OTL to carry them so they could watch the world go by but stay warm in the Ferret Bag!

This sand is damp, quick, back to the bag!

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret!

  1. Maybe if OTL put ten bob in the meter it might last a bit longer, stingy or what. I missed you yesterday, kept looking but no Daisy but here you are with cats and birds and leaves, well only one cat and bird but exciting never the less. I hope Eric and Wendy didn’t get too glittery in the village hall, a bit too soon for Christmas. Our neighbour over the road has decked his house out with millions of coloured lights, I wil get Michael to take a picture for you to see. Going to see the little trains tomorrow, not a public day but lovely cake with our teas. xxxxxx

  2. Yo maties, glad to see you today. Oh boy am I in the doghouse. I've not long got back from the vet college. I found a chicken bone in the garden and instead of giving it to my mum I ate it. I've had X-rays and it's in my tum so they said I could go home or stay there, after a long chat it was decided I would go home & get more scoff to help it go through, so my mum will be sleeping with one eye open tonight. I was a very good boy and laid still so I didn't have to have sedation or anaesthetic, but I have to go back if I get any pain. My mum said I've rounded the day off for her. Lovely pictures today. Glad OTL sorted out the outer, hope it lasts longer this time. Glad you all got out for a nice walk. That bird looks vicious, they can be you know. I was looking at all the Xmas lights coming home. Hope you all have a good evening. I'll let you know when the chicken bone vacates. Love, licks, wags & sniffs from little Arch & the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx
