Rosies Rocks have gone Walk About!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

It's been a funny old day today. It started off with Old Two Legs getting up a good hour and a half earlier than normal!

I mean, I was left tucked up in the duvet snoozing my tail off while OTL loaded up the big car with tools and other stuff and off he went at seven this morning!

Seems like he was back to work with a vengeance and we were left on our own!

Well, not really 'cos The Missus was up early (for us, not her) and she took Holly and I down the sea wall for our morning walk.

We met up with a couple of woofers but that was it, no one!

Lucky for us, OTL returned home just before lunchtime so there was plenty of time to head out again for more walkies!

We kept an eye open for Rosie's Rocks as soon as we got out of the car but the first one was missing!

It was 'ere but now it's gone!
We headed off towards the forest and there under the bench was nothing! The Ladybird Rock had also gone walkies!

Well, it was on the cross bar but it seems the Lady Bird has flown away home!
Further on there was the Moss Mound where we left another and this time it was still there, hiding away under the leaves and on top of the moss!

There it is, right in the middle!
We thought that was good and headed off around the corner to see if the last one was still there, it wasn't!

It was maybe a bit too easy to spot in the tree. We will have to ask Rosie to pint us some more!

It was here and now it's gone!
Hey, remember that woofer who woofed at OTL but sounded like he was gargling with custard? Well, we met him again, and his mates, as they walked along the Sea Wall and as normal he gave OTL a good woofing but when OTL got the camera out and clicked off a few shots he stopped woofing!

Wossat Clicking?
 That surprised him!

A bit further down the Sea Wall we noticed the clouds were all wrinkled, a bit like OTL!

OK, the suns going down but just look at those clouds!
All afternoon OTL has been boring, I mean, he has been plonking away on the computer and keeps mumbling to himself about 'Proft Margines', what ever they are!

I mean, just how many Teeth Cleaning Chews will they buy?

See you all tomorrow!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. Well my mum has seen some of Rosie's rocks on the Grain rocks page where they was found by TL'S finding them. I bet that was a shock finding OTL going out without you. It was very nice of Mrs TM to take you out. Well the roof chap came today to have a look and make a plan,we just hope he comes back in the near future to Carry it out. My boy had the day off today so we've had a few wrestles. Hope you all have a lovely evening. Love, licks and wags from little Arch & the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. So there out of four gone walk about, I hope you will find them in new homes so that you can move them again before Rosie paints more for you. So now you have found a custard gargling woofer who is curious of cluck clicks. xx. Poor OTL out so early to attend to his adoring customers, isn’t that nice of him to be so loyal but he didn’t think of taking you with him, ahhh. We had an exciting morning, we visited the tip, first time since needing a document with our address, Michael also took his driving licence but it wasn’t needed. On the short road to the tip were four piles of rubbish including a sofa, presumably these tippers didn’t have the paperwork and rather than go and get it decided to go and dump it. We visited the oil section, metal section, wood section and household section passing people who had driven past the sections they wanted and then were sent walking back to deposit their piece of wood, old saucepan or “small electrical”. At one time you pulled up opened the boot and threw it all out into a big hollow while scavengers searched through for any unwanted Rembrandts, those were the days as we “older” people say! Anyway it made a change. xxxxxx

  3. How fascinating that most of Rosie's rocks have disappeared.

Hope OTL's profit margins keep you in chews!

I saw that amazing cloud bank too . . . we had a definite line between two different coloured skies and then it sort of did what your picture shows. Very high pressure . . . not far off the record today . . . wonder whether that was the cause?
