Hop Along Holly!

Hello Woofers!

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret here!

Sorry about yesterday but we have been having some fun with Holly Chops! She has not been a good little puppy and we think she has pulled some of her stitches. We had a peaceful night, no whining like the night before but this morning when Holly went down stairs she had a limp.

Old Two Legs decided to remove the dressing and found nothing that would cause alarm, you know, legs falling off or buckets of blood, you know, stuff like that!

Through the day she has been out for a walk, on the lead, and gets the paw washed when she comes back and has pinched my teeth cleaning chew, so she can't be too bad!

OTL has kept the horrid collar on her, just to stop her licking the stitches. She is not too happy about that but puts up with it!

We are going back to the vet tomorrow afternoon for a check-up and maybe a fresh dressing but I don't suppose Holly will be happy with another dressing!

We are hoping that without the bandage the operation wound will dry and stop worrying her!

Providing she doesn't jump around and hurts herself!

See you tomorrow with the results from the vet!

Luv,

Daisy, Holly, Miss Wendy and Eric de Ferret.

  1. Yo maties. I missed you yesterday. Poor Holly chops, maybe she didn't like the stitches the vet put in, I reckon sometimes they put too many in cos they need the practice. I hope them stitches aren't itching. We'll all be waiting here for the results & keeping our paws crossed that the nasty wart is gone for good. Now I've got a traumatic event this week, my mum said I've got an appointment at the groomers. That was nice of you Daisy to let Holly have your teeth cleaning chew. Hope Holly is remembering my tips on getting the most out of her operation. Good luck at the vets tomorrow Holly chops. Daisy you might have to go along for moral support. Have a lovely evening all. Love, licks, wags & sniffs from little Arch & the Nippers xxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxxx

  2. I worried when you weren’t there and guessed it was to do with poor Holly, glad you are here now. We have had a busy day out whilst still dark to the Radio Club Rally to sell someones stuff, lovely sausage and bacon baguettes, I had sausage and there were two big tasty sausages while Michael had lots of thick bacon, at £2 each he had TWO! Not at the same time and he was there st 5-45 am.
I hope Holly’s wound is healing and that the nasty wart has been given its good riddance orders. You must have another teeth cleaning chew for Holly tomorrow she will appreciate it very much. I hope you have good nights sleep and you cheer Holly up tomorrow before the vet appointment. Archie’s off to the beauty parlour again, he gets more and more beautiful while his mum gets poorer. Have a good Monday xxxxxx and extra 💕 for Holly.
