The weekend has started off with a splish! It was a little windy this morning and when we managed to get a second walk around ten thirty, Old Two Legs was looking away to the distance and muttering that it looked wet and soggy in the sky!
Not that we worried, we weren't far from home and a quick dash down the alley way and we could be home!
Come lunchtime all changed, in the distance we could see Southend on Sea, all lit up by the sun and sniffing of Kebabs!

Still, I had another look over my shoulder and decided that Southend was really the place to be this afternoon!

Once over the hill we stopped for a rest on the bench,
well, OTL had a rest while Holly and I looked around for a sniff to get in
trouble over but to be honest, they were all old sniffs and practically 'Rolled
Out'!
From my lofty perch on top of the bench I could see the dark clouds heading our way so it was 'Back on the road' and off to the car so we can get back home before the rain!

Yo maties. Well that was bad luck having rain, I have to say we haven't had so much as a drip all day but it has been a tad blowy here. We were up very early this morning, before the alarm went off even. My mum had a job sleeping again last night even though we went up to bed and had the windows wide open. She was so tired when she came home from work she was planning on going back to bed for an hour but she heard the postman put a package through the door so we didn't go back for a nice snooze. We've been keeping our eyes open for the squirrels but not seen any again today. We've all got the day off tomorrow so I should get plenty of cuddles with my mum and plenty of wrestles with my boy. On Monday my boy will be off but my mum will be working but at least I can snuggle with my boy if he lets me, he says only if I promise to be quiet and not sing all the time my mum is out. Nice pictures today, wish you could send me a sample of the sniffs, my mum hasn't had a kebab in ages so I miss the kebab sniff. I've found one or two little sniffs in the garden to roll in but it's not the same if they don't stick to your hair. Hope you get better weather down there tomorrow.
